By participating in the tournament, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The tournament is being run by ATLAS ESPORTS LIMITED hereafter referred to as "ATLAS".
1. Eligibility
1.1. The tournament is open to entrants who are at least 16 years of age or older. ATLAS shareholders, employees and associates are ineligible to participate.
1.2. Entrants must be a resident of one of the European states and territories listed; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Europe#List_of_states_and_territories
1.3. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
1.4. There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.
2. Registration
2.1. A Team consists of two (2) Players. A Team must have a minimum of two (2) Players in order to be eligible for participation in the tournament.
2.2. Players must compete with the Xbox account that is registered at signup. Failure to comply with this may result in forfeiture from the tournament and any associated prize.
3. Prizing
3.1. The total prize pool will be £100.
3.2. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
3.3. ATLAS reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
3.4. ATLAS's decision on any aspect of the tournament is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
4. Delivery of the Prize
4.1. Participants must submit the relevant claim form provided to receive their prize. https://forms.gle/2z5VHigWwb6CsdAP6
4.2. Eligible participants will allow 60 days for the prize to be delivered; otherwise, alternative arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
4.3. If the winner(s) prize is unclaimed after 180 days from completion date of the tournament, they will forfeit their share of the prize and a new winner(s) will not be selected.
5. Data Protection and Publicity
5.1. You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by ATLAS for the purposes of administering the competition.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. ATLAS accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

7.1. ATLAS reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
