General
- You must click the "JOIN TOURNAMENT" button in order to join a tournament and participate. Only registered users can participate.
- You cannot leave a joined tournament.
- All team members must be in the same party for the game to count.
- All games must be played using the given (see the "OVERVIEW" tab) gamemode, composition, map for the games to count.
- Cross-play has to be turned on for the games to count.
- When joining a tournament, we automatically track your stats for that challenge.
- Reverse boosting or smurfing is not permitted, HangarSix will detect this ban all players that participate in this behaviour.
- In the case of a tie, the prize will be split.
- In case of a win, an email with a QR code containing the prize will be send one hour after the tournament end. This QR code can be claimed in a bitcoin lightning wallet.
- If you experience an issue with claiming your prize, email support.
- You only have 30 days to claim your prize. If you do not claim your reward within 30 days of the tournament ending, your reward will be lost.
- If we notice that you cheated in order to win a tournament, we will ban you from participation in future events and won't reward you for winning.
Video evidence
- All PC (Battle.net) players must hand in video evidence of all the games they played if they potentially won.
- It is recommended to also hand in evidence if you're not set to win because teams can be disqualified or banned.
- If there are multiple PC players in a team they all have to hand in video evidence.
- Each participating game must be recorded from start to team elimination.
- It is recommended te record matches with one of the following methods:
- NVIDIA GeForce Experience
- AMD Radeon™ ReLive
- Open Broadcaster Software
- Video evidence must be recorded in 720p 30fps or higher, ingame sounds must be included.
- Video evidence must be either a link to a VOD livestream on Twitch or a Youtube video.
- All video evidence must be handed in within one hour after the tournament has ended.
