1. Introduction

1.1 The “Communities Union Cup” is a series of Smite tournaments, played in the European official server Hi-Rez

1.2 30 minutes before the tournament starts it is required the presence of one representative of each team in the room "Community Union Cup" of the TeamSpeak of Smite France (uk-voice2.fragnet.net:9131 pass: Smitefr).


2. General

2.1 The organization is sovereign in its decisions.

2.2 Any disrespect or offense either to the organization or to any participant of the tournament may be sanctioned with warning, defeat in the game or expulsion from the tournament depending on the gravity of the act.

3. Tournament Format

4. Teams & Players

4.1 More than half of the players of each team must be of the nationality of their community (Bulgaria, France, Poland or Portugal).

4.2 After the start time of the tournament no team can change its composition in terms of players.

4.3 It is not allowed the same player to play in the same tournament by different teams.


5. Game Rules

5.1 Times

5.1.1 Representatives from each team left in the competition, when not in a match, must be in the "Community Union Cup #1" room of the Smite France TeamSpeak .

5.1.2 The games will have have a pre set beginning time.

5.1.3 The representatives of each team will be informed when their game will be played up to 5 minutes before the beginning of the match .

5.1.4 At the stage of semi-finals or final if all the teams and the organization agree, the remaining games may be postponed to the next day at a time to be agreed by all.

5.1.5 There will be a break for dinner from 20:00 to 21:00 GMT.

5.1.6 If needed be, and if the teams reach no agreement to do otherwise, the tournament continues.

5.2 Before the match

5.2.1 The organization of the tournament will inform what team must create the room.

5.2.2 The representative of the team must create the game room creates a game room in: Custom Game, Create Game. You should enter as the name of Room: "[Team Name 1] vs [Team Name 2]" and the password should be "smitefr" and must select the following game setings :

After that informs the representative of the opposition that the room is now available and the remaining 9 players enter and organize themselves.

5.2.3 A maximum delay time is 10 minutes after the time that the organization set for the start of the match. 5.3 During the game

5.3.1 If one or more players face technical problems for which they are not responsible (crash the game client, the game does not do the load, game bug) the respective team can ask to the organization so that the game is restarted as long as this happens before the first blood or the game clock reaches 5 minutes. If the restart is granted the organization will tell the other team about the need to remake the game. In this case players must choose and ban the same characters who had picked / banned.

5.3.1.1 If the above problem occurs after 5 minutes or after the first blood the game is paused for a maximum of 5 minutes and the players should try to solve the problem as soon as possible. After that the game is unpaused and continues normal and the missing player/s may rejoin the match at any time.

5.3.2 If one or more players face problems of their responsibility (eg. Problems with the network cable, hardware problems) the respective team may pause the game for a period of 5 minutes and inform the representative of the opposing team why the game was put on pause.

5.3.2.1 Each team is entitled to a full 5 minute break due to liability issues of one or more players.

5.3.3 The abuse of pause by a team with an attempt to gain advantage over the adversary team will be evaluated by the organization can be punished with a warning, loss of points or game loss. The organization will always ensure the fair play and common sense.

5.4 After the game

5.4.1 At the end of each game the representatives of each team must enter the result and the respective screenshot of the final score, otherwise the team may be punished.

6. Awards

- 1st Place: 800 Gems per player
- 2nd Place: 400 Gems per player
- 3rd Place: 200 Gems per player

6.1 Prizes are always distributed by the number of required players to enter the tournament and not the number of players signed to the team. That is if a tournament is 5vs5 only 5 members are awarded even if that team has 7 players registered.

6.1.1 In case of a prize award, the definition of which players should receive the awards should be made by the representative of the team. If the organization does not receive any information about who deliver the prize the organization will deliver the prize random order among the players of that team.

6.2 Despite all their efforts to deliver the awards after the end of the competition, this is not always on the organization full control. The organization will deliver the prize within up to three weeks after the end of the competition.
