This document outlines the rules that should at all times be followed when participating in a Flyer Call of Duty World War II competition. Failure to adhere to these rules may be penalized as outlined.
1 Definitions
1.1 Range of validity
This is the only rulebook that is valid, with participation the participant states that he or she understands and accepts all rules.
1.2 Participants
A participant is a team or player that is participating in the event. No participant at any time can be part of more than one team taking part in the event.
1.3 Administration
Administration is in control of the tournament at all times.
2 General
2.1 Rule changes
Administration reserves the right to change this rules book without any further notice. Administration also reserves the right to make judgements on cases that are not specified in this rule book to keep the sense of fair play and sportsmanship.
2.2 Code of Conduct
All participants must be fair and have good sportsmanship when playing in any of our tournaments. If any participants intentionally disrespects the sense of fair play and sportsmanship they will be disqualified from the competition. Toxicity, excessive profanity, and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in a ban from competitions.
2.3 Match broadcasting
2.3.1 Rights
We holds rights to broadcast any and all matches that take place within the competition.
2.3.2 Team Responsibility
Teams cannot refuse to have their matches broadcasted, nor can they choose in what manner it will be broadcasted.
2.3.3 Team Broadcasting
Players are allowed to broadcast/record their matches throughout the tournament, however we are not held responsible for any cheating, disconnects, or anything that happens as a result of you broadcasting the competition.
2.4 Participants
2.4.1 Participants in Discord
Players entering in Flyers Call of Duty World War II events need to be part of the discord channel. This is for an instance that administration needs you. If you do not follow this protocol administration has the right to disqualify you from the competition.
2.4.2 Participating Region
Players living in another region other than the competitions designated region are not allowed to play.
2.4.3 Banned Participants
Those that have been banned are prohibited to play.
Those that have been banned from Call of Duty World War II or tournament play by Sledgehammer Games and Activsion are prohibited to play.
2.5 Teams and Participants
2.5.1 Team Player Count
Teams must consist of 4 players and a maximum of 6 players prior to the start of the competition. If your team does not consist of 4 players you will be disqualified from the competition.
2.5.2 Roster Change
In an event in which your roster has changed and your team has already checked in you may alert someone from administration, and they may replace any players on your team prior to the start of the competition.
2.5.3 Substitute restrictions
Teams are not allowed to pick up members of another team that are registered for the competition.
2.5.4 Inaccurate Roster
If a roster is found to be inaccurate it will result in your team being disqualified.
2.6 Signing up and Checking in
2.6.1 Signing up
To sign up for a competition you must find the competition you wish to play in on our competition page, click on the link, and then join the competition through entering your team's name and your players in game names. (Teams can leave at anytime leading up to the competition)
2.6.2 Checking in
To check into a competition you must go to the competition you have signed up for and click the check-in button within the first hour leading up to the competition.
2.7 Brackets and Seeding
Once a tournament starts a bracket will be generated with seeded teams and matches.(Teams must check in to be seeded)
2.8 Reporting Scores
2.8.1 Reporting Scores
To report a game in a competition you must open your team's match on the bracket, click report score, and update the game count.
2.8.2 Truthfully reporting
Team captains are required to report their matches on time, correctly, and truthfully or their team will get disqualified.
2.8.3 Screenshots
Teams are required to take a screenshot of all their game wins.
2.9 Disputes
When a dispute occurs in any match, that match will be automatically stopped from play. Administration will deal with the problem by following the rules. If the problem is not outlined in the rules the administrator will use a sense of fair play and sportsmanship to make a final decision. 3.1.1 Lobby host
The team with the highest seed (closest to 1) will host the lobby on games 1,3,and 5,unless directed and agreed upon by the teams and administration.
3.1.2 Game mode
The game modes that will be played are Hardpoint, Search and Destroy, and Capture the Flag.
3.1.2 Maps
The maps that will be played are Valkyrie, USS Texas, Saint Marie du Mont, London Docks, Gibraltar, Ardennes Forest, and Flack Tower. Maps will be pre selected for all rounds until quarterfinals, maps will then be picked by a veto process. (CWL)

3.2.2 Match check in
When a match is posted, both teams are required to check into the match within a 10 minute period or they will get disqualified.
3.2.3 Tournament Format
The competition will be Double Elimination. All matches will be Best of 3(BO3) until the quarterfinals, matches will then be Best of 5(BO5).
3.4 bugs
Participates are not allowed to take advantage of bugs. If any team is found to be taking advantage of a known bug they will receive a 1 game loss.
3.5 Tools/Hacks
Participants are highly restricted from using any known and unknown hacks and tools. If any participants are found to be using Tool/Hacks and the proper evidence is supplied that participant will be banned from all competitions and reported to Sledgehammer Games.
3.6 Disconnection
If a player disconnects from the game before points are scored or before first blood the match will be restarted. If a player disconnects after points are scored or after first blood they are responsible to reconnect to the game. If the host disconnects from the game causing the match to end or causing a host migration that team will receive a game loss.
3.7 Prize Pool
Prizes are not guaranteed until the targeted amount of players/teams are registered for the competition.
3.8 Registration Refunds
Teams will receive entry refunds when teams opt out of the competition before the competition starts. Teams that are disqualified will not receive refunds.
