3.2 Before The Match
Before the start of a match, each team must introduce his team captain to the tournament officials. It can be one of the five players or the official coach. The team captain must remain the same person during the entire tournament. The team captain is the person in charge of his team toward the tournament officials. He has to be the person to sign up, handle official complaints or any other problems to tournament officials.

3.3 Map Vetoes
Map vetoes will be held with a tournament official in the warmup period before the game.

The map vetoes for the league stage will differ from the playoffs. Ask an admin for more info.

Coinflip to decide who picks first
Team A ban a map
Team B ban a map
Team A pick a map
Team B pick a map

Map selection for a best-of-three match
EU ACS will use the map drafting system that Valve has made. It works the following way:
An admin will coinflip to determine which team begins the veto process.
Team A will ban a map
Team B will ban a map
Team A will pick a map (played first in the best-of-three)
Team B will pick a map (played second in the best-of-three)
Team A will ban a map
Team B will ban a map
The remaining map will be used as the 3rd map if the series goes three games.
The team that picks the map will decide what side to start on

You must call a technical timeout by notifying an admin through voice comms on TeamSpeak or in-game comms, do NOT use “.pause” for a technical timeout.

There will be a break of 5 minutes at half time.

All players must record their POV demos unless this causes performance issues, this will be determined by an admin. All players must be able to produce their demos to an admin up to 30 minutes after they have requested one.
