FORMAT
The open qualifier 1 will be open to 64 teams. The teams will compete in a single elimination bracket for three rounds, in a best-of-three format. The 8 teams that remain after the three rounds will advance to VCT Game Changers EMEA: Contenders Series 1.
Teams will be seeded based on their performance in VCT Game Changers EMEA: Kickoff.
SCHEDULE
Each team that has not been eliminated will play one best-of-three match per match day. The start time of the matches will be 7 pm CET.
RULES
All teams must be ready to start the map veto 15 minutes prior to the start time of the match. Teams that are more than 15 minutes late to the start time of the match will automatically forfeit their match, and be disqualified from the tournament.
MAP VETO
The map veto will be done through the chat system on the toornament match page. The higher seeded team will start the map veto by selecting if they want to be Team A or Team B. If two teams have the same seed, the team on the top in the bracket view will start the map veto.
