RSA Open Quals #3

Each Round will be a Bo1 played on CUS servers at the time given. All participants must be in the discord to receive further information (ex. start time, match rules, etc...)M0SS is required to be running for all players unless given permission otherwise after contact with a league admin. The Semifinals and finals will be done on January 5th, with the previous rounds being done on January 4th. Finals are a best of 3
