ATTENTION!
To complete the registration Team Captain should enter the Discord server and leave Team's name and tag on the #registration channel.

The Tournament Organization (T.O.) reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Rules at any given moment, while notifying all involved parties. (Last updated 12/04/21)

HMM Rules of Conduct (https://www.heavymetalmachines.com/blog/en/rules-of-conduct/) apply to all the participants of the Tournament as well as the following Rules:

1. General Rules
1.1. Team Name & Member Roster should not be changed throughout the Tournament.
1.2. Each Team can have up to 5 Members and they may be freely switched in between matches.
1.3. Each Team Captain is responsible for his Team Members to ensure that all competitive play of the Game is fun, fair, and free from toxic behavior.
1.4. Tournament will take place only with at least 6 Teams confirming their participation and check-in for Qualifications.


2. Match & Game Setup
The Team Captain of the Upper Team in the Match Schedule creates the Lobby first. (Left Side = Second Pick). After each Game the Teams switch and the opposite Team Captain creates Lobby ensuring First Pick.
In all Matches Bo2, Bo3 or Bo5 the T.O. will randomly assign First or Second Pick.

Spectators: Only Tournament Organizers and 1 pre-approved Spectator per Game. If you’d like to Spectate or Stream, please contact T.O.Spectators must remain silent in Chat at all times and not interfere with the Game in any way.

3. Setup Time
Team Captains have 5 minutes Setup Time for each Game.
The Opposition Team has 5 minutes to show up to the Game once the code has been sent on Discord. Otherwise, the Opposition Team receives a Forfeit and loses the Game on Terms of No Show 0-3.

4. Pause Time
Each Team has a total of 2 minutes' Pause Time during a Game for any the following reasons:

- An unintentional disconnection
- A hardware or software malfunction
- Physical or health related interference with a player

The Team Captain must advise before they can resume and must receive confirmation from the Opposition Team. In case of an extended Pause Time the Team Captain must advise the Opposition Team and may ask T.O. for additional Time. The abuse of Pause Time may lead to penalties for the Team pending the review of T.O.

5. Post Game
After the Game a screenshot with the Result screen should be sent in #qualifications.
After each Game the T.O. will update the Results on the Tournament Website.

6. Prizes and Post Tournament
The Team Captain is responsible to complete the provided Prize Reward List.
The Prizes will be sent out within 15 Business Days of when the T.O. receives the completed List.
