Règles
1. Joining
Welcome to the Rulebook! Here we are gonna list out most of the rules to be observed in the league as well as provide a guide for decision making. Not all rules are available here and they are subject to change based on any situations which may arise.

a. Players from any region may participate
b. Players may be of any skill level
c. Players must sign up before 12th of June 0000 hrs.
d. One application per player. Multiple applications and account duplication is not allowed.
e. Each team will play a BO2 each week unless they have a bye. Points are allocated based on the results of the two matches played whereby 2 wins is a Win which is 3 points, 1 win 1 loss is a Draw which is 1 point, and 2 losses is a Loss which gives no points.
f. Each team will face against the other teams at least twice. The team with the most points wins at the end of the season wins the league title and a Prize from the moderators of BBL

2. Teams and Transfers
a. All members participating in a match must be informed of the timing of the match 48 hours before the match starts, any changes to schedule must also be made 48 hours before the original scheduled timing for each match
b. Any members who are unable to come for a scheduled match will be substituted out for another player on the club roster. If no other members from the club roster are available a Free Agent may be chosen. If no Free Agents are available members from other clubs may be chosen to stand-in, but only if the enemy team allows it.
c. Any member who wants to join/leave the club may join/leave after the 4th matchday. Rosters are locked till then and are locked again for the 5th matchday to the 8th matchday onwards.
d. Minimum 2/4 members from the original roster must be present for their match(es). Match is considered forfeit if this condition is unfulfilled.
e. Teams are given 15 minutes to enter the lobby and start the match, if they are unable to complete a 4-man roster for the match by then the match is considered forfeit.

3. Picking & Ingame
a. Each team gets one ban. It is known.
b. Players must pick the heroes which the Captain has pointed out for them.
c. Players who do not follow 3a will be substituted out for another player OR may be allowed to continue playing based on the Captain’s decision
d. Incase Captains do not outline any heroes Players are allowed to pick any hero.
e. Heroes may not be duplicated in a team. (ie: Cannot pick more than one of the same hero per team)
f. Each team will be allowed 5 minutes of pause time
If more than 5 minutes have been used, the opposing team is allowed to announce they are un-pausing the game and the team with the missing player has to micro their hero.
g. Pauses can only be made when either goalkeeper(or any player inside the goalkeeper field) is holding the ball.
h. Spamming pauses is not allowed.
i. Harassment of any sort is not allowed.
j. Stopping the play to start a discussion is not allowed. You are allowed to take a time out to do so.
k. Players can be substituted out of the match at any time by the Captain
l. You are allowed to forfeit the game if all 4 Players agree.
m. If a Player is not willing/unable to continue playing the Player can be substituted out for another Player.
n. A Player may share control with another Player, however they must announce it first

4. Bug/Mechanics/Crashes
a. A bug exists whereby disconnecting during the loading screen will cause your hero to be unable to use any skills. The game will be reset incase this happens. If this happens more than once, the Player can be substituted out for another Player but the final decision is left to the Captain.
b. If a Player crashes after the game starts and is unable to reconnect the game will be remade with the score at the time of crash.
c. Bug-Mechanics which are allowed::
i. Backpassing.
ii. Catching the Ball as goalie to kick it away whilst mid-air.
iii. Referee despawn bug but the Ball must be cleared within 3 seconds of the bug being used.
iv. Forcing a Player out of the map. However the game will be remade with the same score as before the Player was out of bounds. If the Player was out of bounds after the Goal was scored the game will continue.
v. Forcing Keeper out of the Penalty box.
vi. Players getting stuck on each other.
d. Bug-Mechanics which are banned:
i. Stealing the Ball from the Keeper whilst the ball is fully within the Penalty box.
ii. Scoring a goal from a position other than over the Goal line (ie: through a wall). Goals scored in this manner will not be counted. If it was a game-winning goal the game will be reset.
iii. Forcing the Ball out of the map. The game will be remade.
iv. Teleporting through the edges of the penalty box using Blink or Tackle.



5. Definitions
Player(s): Anyone who has registered for the league. This Captains unless specified
Captain(s): Specified Players who will leading their teams.
Hero(es): The entities controlled by the players to ply banjoball within the realms of DotA 2
Ball: The ball
Goal line: The white paint inside Penalty box which registers as a Goal when Ball passes over it.
Penalty box: Area outlined by the white paint on either side of the map.
Keeper: The one player defending the Goal line, not necessarily confined to the spaces of the Penalty box.
Goal: When Ball goes over the Goal line.
