American Vainglory Premier League S1 - Open

I. All Main Teams will be invited via Twitter, Email, or In Game invitations. All Main teams will have 2 weeks to accept the AVPL Main Season offer.

II. Main teams will not be required to pay an entry fee. Open teams will be required to pay $1 entry fee via Paypal. The first Season is free of charge to all teams.

III. There will be 10 teams in the AVPL Main League and unlimited teams in the AVPL Open League. The bottom 3 teams in the Main League after a 9 week season will be relegated to the AVPL Open League the next season. The top 2 teams of the AVPL Open League will be promoted to the Main League and invited to the Main League the following season. The third to sixth placed teams will play in the Promotion Playoffs to become the last team to be promoted. All Championship Finals matches will be streamed.

IV. All prizes will be sent to Main teams within 7 days of the AVPL Championship Finals.

V. Teams are not allowed to purposely "throw" matches in order to change outcomes of the league matches. Any team found guilty will be banned for 2 seasons from AVPL and will automatically play in the Open League.

VI. Players cannot bet on their own matches, if betting exists.

VII. All other situations shall be decided by the AVPL Board.
