OFFICIAL RULES

ECPI University will be hosting an Invitation ONLY Warzone Tournament Series in March and April. These events are for ECPI Rams Players ONLY.

Game times will be Thursdays at 8pm EST

Match Schedule:
Match 1: March 4th
Match 2: March 11th
Match 3: March 18th
Match 4: March 25th
Match 5: April 1st
Match 6: April 8th




Format - Each Team of Three RAMS will queue into a public TRIOS Battle Royale match. They will play against the public players in the lobby and try to finish as HIGH as they can, with as many kills as they can.

Each team will play 3 matches per night and combine the 3 match scores for one nightly total.


Scoring - A combination of finishing positions and total kills per team.

Finishing Place Points:
1st: 25
2nd: 20
3rd: 19
4th: 18
5th: 17
6th: 16
7th: 15
8th: 14
9th: 13
10th: 12
11th: 11
12th: 10
13th: 9
14th: 8
15th: 7
16th: 6
17th: 5
18th: 4
19th: 3
20th: 2
21st: 1
22nd (and lower): 0

Team Kill Points:
Each Elimination during play: 1 point

Example scoring:
Team finishes in 10th place: awarded 12 points
Team gets a total of 10 kills (between all 3 players): gets awarded 10 points
Team final score: 22 points for Game 1

Combine all 3 game scores from the night for a final score to determine the nightly winner.

NOTE: Each team captain MUST submit their score in the the toornament.com platform and a screen shot of their finishing position and total team kills in the Discord Server within 15 minutes of the match ending. Failure to do so will result in your points being LOST.

Rules
All players and player accounts must be on NA servers
Crossplay enabled
All Inputs allowed (MKB,Controller)
Teams will queue up in Trios
All weapons and loadouts are legal
Absolutley no use of hacks, cheats, or exploits. Use of such can result in disqualification from the match
All players are expected to maintain a good account standing with the publisher and the publisher's Terms of Service
Each team will have a captain that will be the sole point of contact for all communication. Any players that are not the primary point of contact that reach out via any means will not be answered
Once first match ends go straight into the second match and third after that.

Sportsmanship
All participants are required to act in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Failure to abide by this rule may result in loss of points, and/or disqualification from the tournament at the sole discretion of the tournament administrators.



Check In
Check in will be required 15 minutes before the start of the match via toornament.com - Late check-ins will not be allowed in the lobby once 15 minutes have passed the official posted start time.


Streaming
ONE TEAM from each night will be streamed to the ECPI University Twitch channel. No other streaming is permitted. In order to be considered for streaming, one player on your team MUST be able to stream to Twitch.tv.

Prizing
This Tournament is for BRAGGING RIGHTS ONLY. However, if this tournament is successful, we will seek outside sponsorships and therefore prizing for future events.


Cheating
Cheating will not be tolerated. Cheating is determined by the tournament admins, in our sole discretion, will result in an immediate forfeiture of the match and suspension from additional matches and/or events with no appeals.

Any form of unfair play can result in disqualification from the event and could result in permanent ban from future events.

Examples of unfair play:
Any other form of communicating with opposing teams in an effort to impact the match, event, other players, or gameplay
Hacking or otherwise modifying the intended behavior of the game client
Playing or allowing another player to play on an account registered in another person’s name (or soliciting, encouraging, or directing someone else to do so)
Intentionally exploiting any game function (e.g., an in-game bug or glitch) in a manner not intended by the publisher (whether known or unknown) in order to gain a competitive advantage
Using macro keys, scripts, or similar methods to automate in-game actions
Intentionally disconnecting from a match without a legitimate reason for doing so
Downloading any third party software (hacks, cheats, exploits) that provide increased player position visibility, aim assist or aim lock, damage reduction or additional health, or hit box manipulation

The Tournament Admins maintain complete authority in identifying and enforcing these rules. All disciplinary actions are final. The Tournament Admins retain the right to alter these rules at any time in the best interest of competition and fair play.

The tournament admins reserve the right to modify these rules for the betterment of the tournament and at their discretion. By participating in this tournament (logging into Toornment.com, registering for this event, checking in for this event, and entering the game environment for this event), you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions of the game publisher, and all of the rules posted herein.

Any situation not listed in the rules will be resolved by the Tournament admins, their decision is final.
