Single Elimination due to time constraints.
Registration & Check-In
✩ Each team must submit ONE registration form per team (NOT per player).
✩ Each team must check-in after registration.
✩ Must register and check-in by Thursday, 1/17 at 3:00 PM PST.
✩ All participants must add shadowxmeow (Stitch icon) on steam or discord (shadowxmeow#5590) by Friday, 1/18 at 11:59 AM PST.
Rules
✩ Must be able to participate in the tournament by 4 PM PST. Otherwise, no-shows will count as forfeit.
✩ Any new cards / masters are not allowed in decks.
✩ No wild cards.
✩ No Double Masters played simultaneously per round.
✩ If players on the same team both run the same master, the match will restart with the opposing team selecting TWO free masters for them for that round.
✩ Winning team cannot play the same masters and decks for the rest of the match.
✩ If a team is running the same masters they won with in the previous round, the match must restart with the opposing team choosing TWO free unique masters they will use for that round.
✩ Each team must check into the discord waiting channels 10 minutes prior to the match.
✩ If a team is not ready by specified time, the match is automatically forfeit.
✩ Any team that deviates from their submitted and approved deck will have their match automatically forfeit. No exceptions.
Preliminaries
January 18th at 4:00 PM PST
∘ Must submit 3 decks on discord to Jonas#5754 for approval by Friday, 1/18 at 11:59 AM PST
∘ Each deck must be submitted with a unique master (no duplicate masters per player)
∘ Each match will consist of 3 rounds
∘ Best of 3 wins the match
∘ All rounds will be played regardless of first to 2
Semi-Finals & Finals:
January 25th at 6:30 PM PST
∘ Must re-submit any modified decks on discord to Jonas#5754 by Friday, 1/25 at 11:59 AM for final checking
∘ Each match will consist of 5 rounds
∘ First to 3 wins
Connection Errors/Game Crashes
If a player disconnects during a match, the round is considered forfeit. The disconnected player will be given a 5 minute grace period for reconnecting and starting the next round.
Prizes
If a team has won and either or both players forfeit their prize, the team in 2nd place has the right to redeem the prize. By entering the CGS tournament, you acknowledge the prize value is in US Dollars and will be redeemed in your currency. If a winner is unable to redeem the prize, they may choose to forfeit the prize or message a moderator directly for a prize equal in value.
