The winner of that final will be the GPBL Champion for the season.

Sportsmanship

Unsportsmanlike conduct, excessively rude, or hateful comments are punishable by a three-strike system that may result in a ban from the league and/or Discord chat. While we acknowledge some degree of riffing/roasting/etc. is fine within a competitive league, we also aim to be a competitive but friendly environment for our coaches and spectators. This rule will only be enforced when a formal complaint is made to a moderator (in which case the reporter’s identity will remain anonymous).

Ghosting is also subject to punitive action. We acknowledge it is difficult to prove this is occurring, but encourage coaches to be mindful of what is suggested in chats (both public and private) so coaches are free to make unbiased decisions during their matches.

Additional unsportsmanlike behaviors are not explicitly banned, but we strongly encourage coaches to be mindful of their actions and how they may impact the league as a whole to promote a friendly competitive environment.
