Tournament Rules and Guidelines:-
Fair Play and Respect:
All participants must maintain a high standard of fair play and respect for others.
Harassment, cheating, or disrespectful behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in disquali fication.
Anti-Cheating Measures:al
The tournament will be played on official Toornament HuB Free Fire servers to prevent unfair advantages.
The use of hacks, cheats, or exploits is strictly prohibited. Participants caught using such tools will be disqualified.
Account Usage:
Each player must compete under their own Free Fire account.
Sharing accounts or allowing others to play on your behalf is not allowed.
Player Identification:
Participants are required to use their in-game names consistently throughout the tournament for proper identification.
Team Registration:
Teams must register in advance, and team size (solo, duo, squad) must be specified.
All team members should be properly registered and meet eligibility criteria.If players can't participate in the tournament or get late after the game started , Even have given registration fees he/she will not be allowed to participate again in that match and will be not refunded.
Eligibility:
Participants must meet eligibility criteria.
Disconnection and Technical Issues:
Disconnections or technical issues during matches may happen . The toourment hub will not be responsible if the player left awaya automatically or get frustrated due to slow data or for any other unpredictable situation.
Tournament Communication:
All important updates, schedule changes and rules will be communicated through communication platform like whatsapp,telegram or emai.players are requested to stay updated with the platform to get information about the tournament. As sometime date and time may change due to player register deficiency. Players ate requested yo have patience , wait and follow instructions provided by the platforms.
Dispute Resolution:
A clear process for dispute resolution will be defined, including handling disagreements, rule violations, and reporting mechanisms.
Code of Conduct:
A code of conduct that promotes a positive and respectful gaming environment will be enforced.
Security Measures:
Security measures will be implemented to protect participants' personal information and prevent unauthorized access to sensitive data.
Age Verification:
If applicable, age verification processes will ensure that participants are of legal age to compete.
Legal Compliance:
The tournament will adhere to all local and international laws, and a clear disclaimer regarding legal responsibility will be provided.
Team up :
Participants are not allowed to team up during the match. As it leads to create unnecessary problems among the player. If any video clip was sent by other player or our Host organiser catches any player with such activity , he / she will be published accordingly by TOORNAMENT authority.
RESPONSIBILITY: players are advised to participate in the game with their own responsibility as our TOORNAMENT authority does not hold any responsibility to any undesirable circumstance occuring to any player. please hv informed your parents about your participation.
