Rules for 2v2 Highlander Roulette:
- No boosts
- No grappling to the batteries
- Highlander Titans (Duplicate titans are not allowed on the same team)
- Roulette (The team can't reuse the same titans that it previously won a round with)
Satchel is allowed (as part of rebalance, number of satchels went from 2->1)
