Reglas
The rules and regulations (can be found in full below) will be the same as the AXIS PES League (APL) Tournament. APL has the right to change the tournament/event format, game format, prizes, time, venue, date, etc. without any given prior notice before, during or after the tournament/event is over. In the event of any dispute during the tournament/event, the decision made by APL will be final.

Remark: Official representative(s) from WEPESMAS/Axis will be at the tournament/event as third party observer, to ensure all rules and regulations are followed thoroughly (dependent on availability).


Rules and Regulations
a. Balloting

1. Balloting for the tournament/event will be done in front of participants (dependent on the situation) prior to the kickoff of the tournament/event.

2. If the tournament/event consist of more than 32 players or (and) more than 2 sessions, the balloting will be done 1 (or 2) day(s) before the tournament. The organizer shall be doing the balloting offline (with online live streaming), and share the outcome of the balloting to the participants over the official social media of WEPESMAS/APL. b. Format 1. All matches of the tournament/event will be in 10 minutes duration. 2. Players will be divided randomly into a group of four or more. Players within each group will play each other once (or twice) during the group stages. Fixtures will be played in the order, which will be determined by the official tournament/event system.

3. Three (3) points will be awarded for a win, one (1) for a draw and none (0) for a loss. Minimum of 2 players from each group with the most points in will qualify for the knock out round.

4. If two or more players are tied on points of the final group stage standing, the players will be selected to the knock out round according to Goal Difference (GD), Goal For (GF) & Goal Against (GA). If the players are still tied according to the above method, their head-to-head matches during the group stage will be the deciding method for the selection. If all the above methods still cannot decide the winner and the selected player, the players shall have a match, with time limitation (5 mins, EX OFF, PK ON). Further details shall be communicated in detail during the tournament should this situation occur.

5. The knockout stages will consist of a Round of 16 or (and) 32 or (and) 64, Quarter Final round, Semi-Final round, Third/ Fourth Placing play-off and a Final Round. The Knock Out Rounds will be
one-legged with the winner of the match progressing to the next round. In the event of a draw after 90 minutes, the match winner will be decided by extra time and then penalties. c. Equipment 1. Tournament/event matches will be played on Sony PlayStation® 4 consoles 2. All consoles in the tournament/event shall be updated to the latest live update of PES 2019 – via online updates 3. Official Sony DS4 Controllers and controller cables will be made available for players to use during the event. Players may bring and use their own DS4 controllers during the tournament/event. d. Player Availability,

Breaks and Absence

1. Other than a designated lunch break (if any) between the group stages and the knock out stages, there will be no breaks during the tournament/event. Players shall be present at the tournament/event area at all time during their playing session (if any), and ready to play their matches during both the group and knockout stages.

2. Players who are not present within the tournament/event area when they are called upon to play their matches, risk having their match forfeited in favor of their opponent or elimination from the tournament/event. Tournament/event Marshall shall have no obligations to find for the absent player should this situation occur.

3. Should any players need to leave the tournament/event area for any reason, they must inform the tournament/event Marshall, as they can advise accordingly pertaining this matter.

4. Should any players want to withdraw from the tournament/event with whatsoever reason at any stage; a. No refunds will be provided b. No slot(s) transfer or substitutions with other players are allowed c. Their opponent will be given a win with a 0-3 score. e.

Team Selection, Personal Data Settings, and Game Plans

1. Players may choose either International or Club Teams in PES 2019 for the tournament/event.

2. Players may use any personal data and button configurations as they wish. To save time when setting up matches, players are advised to save their configurations on each console once they have been set up using their username as the Personal Data name. Players are also advised to not to overwrite the configurations of other players Personal Data.

3. Players may use any game plan options available to them within PES 2019.

4. Due to the nature of the Sony PlayStation 4 system®, it is not possible to load Personal Data Settings and Game Plans from a USB stick. Please be aware of this in preparation for the tournament/event.

5. It is the players own responsibility to ensure that their
Personal Data Settings and Game Plans are correct before the match kick-off.

6. Players are prohibited to restart any match during the game. If any player are found to restart the game after the ‘kick off’, the match will be forfeited and a 3¬0 win shall be awarded to the opponent. f.

Match Setup

1. All matches must be played using the Exhibition Match Menu.

2. For the ease of recording the results and live scores, kindly ensure that the player sitting on the left-hand side whilst facing the screen is Player 1 and the player sitting on the right-hand side is Player 2.

3. The following settings must be selected from the General settings menu on the Match menu screen for all games within events. a. Match Level: Super Star b. Match Time: 10 Minutes c. No. of Substitutions: 3 d. Player Emotions: OFF e. Condition Home: Moderate (→) f. Condition Away: Moderate (→) g. Injuries: OFF In addition to this, Extra Time and PK must be turned OFF in group stage matches and ON in knockout matches. In the event that a match is set up incorrectly, players should inform tournament/event Marshal and they shall advise accordingly.

4. Players may choose any stadium they wish to use for the match.

5. The following settings must be selected from the stadium screen for all games within events. a. Time: Night b. Season: Summer c. Weather: Fine d. Length of Grass: Normal e. Pitch Conditions: Normal

6. Players may choose which strips to be used for the match.

7. All matches must be played with the following camera and speed settings: a. Camera Type: Dynamic Wide b. Zoom: 2 c. Height: 2 d. Speed: 0 g.

Tournament/Event Behavior

1. All players are expected to play in a sportsmanlike manner during the tournament/event.

2. Pausing the game is only permitted when the ball is out of play during the match. Should any player pause the game whilst the ball is still in play, their opponent have the right to inform/complain to the tournament/event Marshall – who shall make the final decision.

3. Any player shall not hover around on their side (half-pitch time-
wasting tactic) for more than 15 minutes (game clock). Should any player are found to be doing this, showing unsportsmanlike behavior, the opponent have the right to inform/complain to the tournament/event Marshall – who shall make the final decision on the behavior – the player will be disqualified (most likely).

4. Any rude, abusive or violent behavior shall not be tolerated during the tournament/event. Should any player committing such behavior, they may be disqualified from the tournament/event.
