All matches will be hosted on the dedicated TSC eSports server, which is located in the UK.

1.0 Overview

1.1• 16 teams will participate in this tournament, all slots are open for registration.
1.2• All players must have a prime status account.
1.3• All players must play on their primary account.
1.4• All players should have a Steam account in good standing with no previous bans for any Counter Strike game (VAC, FACEIT, ESEA or similar) on any accounts connected or owned by that player.
1.5• Each team must have 5 players, and can optionally add up to 2 stand-ins and a coach.
1.6• All players must be in the TSC official Discord server, including stand-ins and coaches.
1.7• Toxicity and unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.
1.8• All matches must be completed and clinched, draws are not permitted.
1.9• You cannot change your team name or logo once the playoffs have started, and pulling out of the tournament after you have played at least 1 match will result in all players not being permitted to play in the next season.
1.10• Any players who have been banned either temporarily or permanently from TSC eSports or The Silver Cup are not permitted to play, any team caught trying to circumvent this rule will be referred to tournament admins.



2.0 Server Settings

2.1 The following game settings will be used:

3.0 Map pool:

3.1 The current active duty map pool will be used. If the map pool is changed by Valve during the tournament, this map pool used at the beginning of the tournament will remain in place. The map pool is as follows:

• de_vertigo
• de_dust2
• de_inferno
• de_mirage
• de_nuke
• de_overpass
• de_train

4.0 General Rules:

4.1 Choice of side

4.1.1 For best of 1 game, a knife round will be used to decide the choice of side, in best of 3 games choice of side will be included in the veto process.

4.2 Server crash

4.2.1 If the server crashes in the first round of a map, the match will be reset, otherwise, the latest available match backup will be loaded. If no match backups are available the match will be reset.

4.3 Player disconnect

4.3.1 If a player disconnects during a game it is up to the team to call a technical timeout and for the player to reconnect, if the player is unable to reconnect, the match must continue minus the disconnected player.

4.3.2 In playoff games, the team minus a player may choose to substitute for a registered stand-in or use their coach if the disconnected player is unable to return.

4.4 Warmup

4.4.1• Players must join the server 10 minutes before the scheduled game time.
4.4.2• All players must say they are ready in the chat before the game will begin.
4.4.3• The game may be slightly delayed if the game is being broadcasted on Twitch in order to ensure the timings are correct.

4.5 Restrictions:

4.5.1 Scripts

4.5.1.1 Only buy, toggle and demo scripts are legal.


4.6 Before the match

4.6.1• Both teams must be in the teams voice channel at least 15 minutes before the match.
4.6.2• The veto must have been completed prior to the match
4.6.3• If a team does not fully turn up 20 minutes after the scheduled game time, the default is awarded to the team that has fully turned up.
4.6.4• If both teams have fully turned up but a player is unable to connect due to technical issues, an extra 10 minutes is awarded.
4.6.5• If neither teams fully turn up after 20 minutes, the match will be rescheduled. If neither teams fully turn up on the rescheduled date, a random team will be deemed the winner and both teams will receive a warning from the tournament admin.

4.7 Schedule

4.7.1 • Match dates listed are either:
a) Date that the match must be played before
b) Date that the match was played/scheduled to play
4.7.2 • Match dates and times cannot be changed 24 hours before the match.
4.7.3 • Match dates and times can be changed before 24 hours before the match so long as there is a valid reason. Note this rule does not apply to playoff games.
4.7.4 • Both teams must agree to the match date and time in the Discord chat.
4.7.5 • If a game time is unable to be scheduled and an attempt has been made by one team and not the other, if there is sufficient evidence a default win will be awarded.
4.7.6 • If no schedule attempt has been made by either team a coinflip will decide the winner.
4.7.7• If no time can be decided, but both teams have attempted to schedule, both teams must list all dates and times they are available. The team which can play more dates/times will be awarded the default win.
4.7.8 • If a team does not turn up to their match, an attempt to reschedule can be made, however the team that did turn up is able to deny a reschedule and win by default. If neither team turns up, the match will be rescheduled.
4.7.9 • By signing up, you agree that playoff games can only be played on select dates and times arranged by admins.
4.8 Vetos

4.8.1• Who bans first will be decided by the higher seed for round 1, then higher swiss score for rounds 2-5. For the playoffs placement is based on swiss score.
4.8.2• For the group stage, vetos can be completed at any time before the game, for the playoffs, the veto must be completed at a set time decided by an admin.

4.8.3 For BO1 matches the following system will be used:

• Team 1 bans
• Team 2 bans
• Team 1 bans
• Team 2 bans
• Team 1 bans
• Team 2 bans
• Remaining map is played

4.8.4 For BO3 matches the following system will be used:

• Team 1 bans
• Team 2 bans
• Team 1 picks (Team 2 side choice)
• Team 2 picks (Team 1 side choice)
• Team 1 bans
• Team 2 bans
• Remaining map is decider (Team 1 side choice)

4.9 Timeouts

**Dedicated server matches only
4.9.1• Both teams receive 4, 30 second long tactical timeouts per match
4.9.2• The coach is only allowed to communicate during these timeouts, as well as halftime and warmup.
4.9.3• To call for a tactical timeout, press ESC > Call Vote > Call a tactical timeout
4.9.4• To call for a technical timeout type "tech" in the chat followed by the reason for the tech timeout.
4.9.5• No communication is allowed during technical timeouts.
4.9.6• 15 minutes of technical timeout are allowed per team per half.

4.10 Anti-cheat

4.10.1• All matches require anti-cheat
4.10.2• Anti-cheat is required on both players and coaches
4.10.3• Easy Anti Cheat is used and can be downloaded from Steam here - https://store.steampowered.com/app/282660/

4.11 Match scheduling
4.11.1• Group stage matches must be scheduled ASAP, this is done via the Discord group chat.
4.11.2• For playoff matches, certain dates will be allocated to your match, you must decide which date works best for both teams.

4.12 Match protests

4.12.1• To create a match protest, create a ticket in #help in Discord and state the reason for the protest.
4.12.2• The match result will then be canceled once a decision is made.
4.12.3• The decision that is made is final and cannot be protested further.
4.12.4• Protests must be made within 6 hours of the match end.

5.0 Participant agreement

5.0.1• All participants must adhere to the rules of the tournament. All decisions are final unless a protest is created. Conversations between admins and players are confidential between the 2 parties and should not be shared unless permission is given from the admins. The admins are able to apply the following penalties:

• Team warning (3 warnings will result in disqualification)
• Player warning
• Team disqualification
• Player ban
• Team ban
• Match default
• Match replay

5.1 Admin agreements

5.1.1• The admins will evaluate the situation to decide which penalty is most suitable for the action. The penalty is final and no protest can be made to change it.
