Registration - until October 23, 2018 (11:59PM)
Check in time - October 24 (12:01AM) until October 27 (10AM)
Tournament Date - October 28, 2018 | Sunday (11am onwards)

GENERAL
- Open to all ESGS ticket holders thus entrance to the said event shall be shouldered by the participant.
- Participants who participant on pro scene and / or under existing pro team management are not allowed to join.
- Participants must check in via toornament to be a qualified registrant. Failure to check in shall warrant onsite/pending registrants to enter the bracketing process
- Admins has the right to change the ruleset at any given time without notice as necessary. Admin's decision are FINAL
- No PRO TEAMS or ELITE TEAMS are allowed to join but 1 Pro Player per amateur team will be allowed Ex. (1 Pcfc Macta Player and 4 amateur players)

TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Only 8 qualified teams are allowed
Qualifiers = 5 v 5 / Single Elimination Format (BO1)
Playoffs / Finals = 5 v 5 / Best of 3
* 1 allowed substitute member

MATCH SETTING
*All Characters, Weapons & Items Allowed
*18 Total Rounds with sides changing after the first 9 rounds
*First team to reach 10 rounds wins the match
*Nine (9) rounds per side (9 rounds Global Risk and 9 Rounds Black List per team)
Golden Round: If the match ends in a tie, 1 extra round will be played. (First team to score 1 will be the winner) Same map and same rule for the faction placement will be played (Toss Coin)
*Peripherals (mouse, mousepad, keyboard and headset) will be provided by the tournament organizers. No other peripherals shall be used on the event.

• Only MALE CHARACTERS are allowed

MATCH RULES
Unfair Practices Subject to Penalty
a. Permitted:
• Boosting (Stepping on top of a team player or nearby objects)
• Double jumping
• Climbing up to higher structures by stepping on a lower structure or teammate.
b. Subject to Warning:
• verbal or computer voice chatting among players when the player has been knocked out (dead in the game).
• Any action taken with keyboard and/or mouse after the player has been knocked out will be subject to a warning from the referee.
c. Subject to Forfeit:
• Change of players once a match has started.
• C4 must be planted at a visible location. Planting C4 at a location where boosting is required is not allowed. The following are examples of Forbidden Area
• All 3rd party programs are not permitted unless stated otherwise. Except device drivers necessary for installing computer peripherals.
• If a player is found to be gaining an unfair advantage through an external source (press, team leader, player, spectator, etc.), the team may be subject to forfeit.
• If the player is found to be abusing a rules(s) intentionally, the player will be forfeited at the referee’s discretion.
• Any of these disorderly behaviors disqualifies a team from participation, finals or prizes.
o Threatening GMs and any Game Staffs
o Disregarding instructions and preventing the flow of the event to continue
o Saying explicit words directed to GMs and any Game Staffs
o Falsification of document
DISCONNECTION
o DC upon match loading or start of the round (not through bugs):
o Remake of the round or creation of new room
o Scores will be carried over from previous room
o DC of 3 or more players while match is already ongoing:
o Remake the round or creation of new room
o Scores will be carried over from previous room
o DC of 1 to 2 players while match is already ongoing:
o If all players are still alive
1. Remake the round or creation of new room
2. Scores will be carried over from previous room
o If one or more players are already killed
1. Continue the round until a team wins
2. Remake the round or creation of new room
3. Scores will be carried over including the round where 1 to 2 users were disconnected
o Intentional DC of any player in a team (Alt-F4, shutdown or unplugging of PC unit)
o 1st Offense: Team will lose that round
o 2nd Offense: Team will be disqualified from the tournament
o Internet connection or any other technical issues are subject to discretion from the referee and organizers
In-game Bugs:
o If in any case in-game bugs (such as bugs in planting or defusing time explosive device and/or more) occurred during a match, that specific round will be restarted regardless of the course of the match.
o Players are required to inform the GMs/Marshal immediately regarding the encountered bug so the GMs can implement the rule. If a player fails to declare the bug within that round, the GMs will consider that round normal and all the scores made in that round will be counted.
