Rules
1. All participants are expected to know and uphold the rules while associated with the tournament.
2. Minimum 5 players are needed to register for tournaments.
3. Maximum 2 substitute players can be allowed, these substitute players needs to be specified at time of registration only.
4. Player swapping after registration will not be permitted.
5. Any usage of unfair practices will result in disqualification.
6. All matches are set to be played at a set time on a specific day of the week, unless otherwise rescheduled. Teams must be ready to play no later than 15 minutes after the start time or be subject to a forfeit. A team is considered to not ready if all players are not in the game lobby ready to play
7. If any team does not join till 15 mins after the scheduled time, the opponent will be awarded a bye.
8. Team which joins late i.e. within 15 mins after the start time will loose the advantage.
9. The Brackets will be published by organizers and will be final.
10. No insult and inappropriate behavior towards admin or opponent team will not be tolerated.
11. All broadcasting rights of the Tournament are owned by La E-gamers and Asus . This includes, but is not limited to: IRC Bots, audio streams, video streams, match recordings, or television broadcasts, or any other events.
12. Players are prohibited from participating on more than one roster for the same game in a specific tournament.
13. Matches must be reported by the winning team immediately following the completion of their game. Players/teams are encouraged to document proof of match results in the event that they are needed to verify the legitimacy of a match score report. Match reports must include the round score(s).
14. Roster lock will happen 24 hours before the tournament starts, and no further changes in team composition and lineup will be possible.
15. All matches will be single elimination except the finals. The semi-final match would be BO3 and finals B05.
16. In case of any disputes, organizers decision would be final and binding on all participants.
17. Prize pool will be divided between top two teams.
18. Any comment or aggressive behavior by any teams/ team members, which is deemed unnecessary/unwanted by the organizers, would lead to immediate disqualification of the team.
