Rules
1. Rocket League Rules and Format
1.1. Player Eligibility

You and your team must be a registered on the Toornament website.

1.2. Team and Player Names
Only registered team members are allowed to play for a team. Playing in any matches with a ringer/smurf is prohibited. Players and teams must compete under their officially registered Rocket League team names and Nicknames during all official matches.

1.3. Roster
Teams are only allowed to play with players on their roster with a registered account on the Toornament Website. All roster changes must be made prior to the start of a match. Playing with different players and/or illegal ringers/smurfs will result in ejection from the tournament.

1.4. Game version
All players must be running the latest version of the game. We ask that you please install any updates before the tournament starts.

1.5. Technical Issues
Teams are responsible for their own technical issues (hardware/internet). Matches will not be rescheduled because of technical issues and matches will be played nevertheless. If the maximum pause time is exceeded, the game goes on, even if the issue is not solved yet.


2. Rocket League Rules
2.1Match Settings
Tournament Format: Best of 5
Game Mode: Private match
Team Size: 1v1 / 2v2 / 3v3
Match Time: 5 Minutes
Default Arena: DFH Stadium (Teams can mutually agree on a different arena)
Server: North America (US-West/US-East)

2.2. No Shows
If you are not ready when the match is scheduled you are late. What’s Up Buddy reserves the right to eliminate your team if you’re not ready at the start time of your match. If you’re consistently late you risk being banned from future tournaments.

2.3. Substitute Players
No substitute players are allowed. The team you start the tournament with is the team that must play in all of the matches. No exceptions.
2.4. Disconnects
In the case that a player(s) disconnects, the team is allowed to continue to play the match at a disadvantage.

2.5. Arenas
“DFH Stadium” will be the default arena for every game. (Teams can mutually agree on a different arena)



3. Additional Rules
3.1. Admins
All participants must adhere to the decisions and rules of the tournament organizers, admins, and referees. All decisions are final.

3.1. Casting,Streaming,Recording
You may locally record your game play. You are not allowed to stream the tournament. All streaming will be done by What’s Up Buddy
