1. You are first supposed to *accept* your *availability* with your Facebook ID are selected for the tournament or not
2. Then the fixtures for all the matches will be announced on event day per availability of ladies.
a). You are supposed to add up all the players of your Match Group as soon as your fixtures are posted and then you should follow the matches as given in your fixture
b). As the match finishes you are supposed to wait unless the winner takes a screenshot of the page as proof for winning.

3. IN CASE THE OPPOSITION CLOSES THE WINDOW SOON AFTER THE MATCH FINISHES AND THE WINNER DOES NOT GET TIME TO TAKE THE SNAPSHOT
