1) By taking part in this tournament, the player irrevocably consents to streaming the gameplay on Youtube and Facebook if the player reaches the Quarter Finals level. The player also irrevocably consents and give MPL the right to immediately disqualify in event the player does not cooperate with MPL, its stream partners or agents.
2) All scores are verified. In the event of a foul play, the participant unequivocally agrees that MPL shall have all rights to penalise including but not limited to immediate disqualification of the participant.|In case of a tie, the actual prize may vary. MPL will not be liable in any way for such variation in the prizes and such variation will be at the sole discretion of MPL.
3) Each participant may participate in the competition by using only one user account. Any Participant found using multiple user accounts, will be disqualified immediately.
4) Each participant may participate in the competition by using only one device. Any participant who changes device after the registration and during the gameplay will not be able to join the game. User will have to revert back to original device to be able to play again
5) MPL may, at its sole discretion, revise/modify/change the grounds for Disqualification at any time at its discretion, without notice to the Participant.
6) Total tax of 31.2% is applicable on winnings of Rs.10,000 and above - as per Govt. rules.
7) Your first opponent will be decided when the tournament is about to start. If sufficient players have not registered and opponent cannot be set for some players, they will be treated as qualified for the next round.
8) When it is time and your round has started, please join the game and wait for your opponent.|Please do not minimize or switch to a different app while waiting for your opponent or in the middle of the game.|If a player does not join the game within time, they will be considered to have lost the respective round.
9) All qualified players are given enough time to finish their game by the end of the corresponding round. If players play past the allotted time, both will be disqualified for the next round and will be awarded with the reward of the respective round, if any.
