Lobby Setup Rules
1. If your game is going to be streamed, the Production Team will host your lobby. If your game will not be streamed, the team hosting the lobby should be the ones on top in the bracket unless both teams mutually agree to have the other team host (such as when no one on the top team is familiar with making lobbies).
2. Change the team names to their proper names. Note that changing who owns the lobby makes it so no one can edit these names, so please keep the original lobby owner.
3. The opening map for each set will be picked by tournament organizers, with following maps picked by the losing team from the previous map.
4. Horizon Lunar Colony and Paris are banned maps and cannot be chosen.
5. If a BO3 set progresses to a Match 4, the chosen map must be a Control Map. If a BO5 set progresses to a Match 6, the chosen map must be a Control or Escort map to prevent any further draws.
6. Only the team members and the Production Team are allowed in the lobby unless otherwise stated.
7. Players who are subbed out must be set to spectate only their team, NOT all-spec.
8. The lobby lead is responsible for subbing players on both teams in and out upon request while still in the Lobby Menu. Swaps are not allowed mid-game except in extenuating circumstances (contact an admin for a ruling). Mid-game is defined as once the attacker spawn doors open for the first time. The game can still be sent back to lobby for swaps during the first setup phase.
9. The lobby lead must ask the other team if they are ready before starting the game.

Tournament Play Rules
1. Games must start within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, unless the previous set is running late or production needs more time.
a. If a team does not have 6 players in the lobby by the scheduled start time, they will be assigned a sub from the sub pool. Subs are first come, first served. If no sub is available, the undermanned team will be forced to forfeit the match. If you know your team will have issues showing up with 6 players, let us know ASAP or risk not getting a sub and being forced to forfeit!
b. Players must inform an admin prior to draft if they know they will be unavailable for any period of time during the tournament.
2. Every available player on a team must play within the tournament IF they are readily available.
a. For this tournament, this specific rule only applies to BTL teams,
b. Failure to follow this rule will result in the map being counted as a loss
3. Players who are not currently playing in a match must exit their team voice channel and cannot convey information to any member of their team who is currently playing in the match by either voice or text.

Failure to follow these rules WILL result in penalties or disqualification. These rules can be adjusted at any time. We understand circumstances can make things difficult and if you feel an exception should be made please contact an admin with your situation ASAP for a ruling. If you have questions, feel free to ask an admin! We’re happy to help.
