Rules
Beyond Borders Overwatch Tournament - Format and Rules.

General Rules:
- Players from any country allowed to participate the tournament.
- 2 subs allowed per team, no last minute changes to subs are allowed.
- Delay to report for a match to more than 15 minutes of given time will result in a loss. Delays informed by organizers are exception.
- Scores will be reported only by the Admin(s) conducting the match and they will be final.
- Any dispute between teams should only be solved by reporting to any of the admin , their decisions will be final.

Tournament format :
The tournament will be conducted in Single Elimination format. (Refer bracket section for tournament structure)
Maximum 16 teams are allowed to participate.
All games will be played in Europe region. (If both teams prefer a certain region it can be arranged as necessary)

Map Set:
BO3
1st Set: Control map.
2nd Set: Hybrid/Escort map.
3rd Set: Assault map.

Tournament finals (BO5) :
1st Set: Control map.
2nd Set: Hybrid/Escort map.
3rd Set: Assault map.
4th Set: Escort map.
5th Set: Hybrid/Escort map (excluding map chosen in 2nd set).

BO1 (Draw Scenario)
1st Set: Control map. (1 Round)

Common for all matches :
All matches will follow the current Overwatch Competitive rule set i.e all matches will be like playing competitive game. All matches will be played in High bandwidth servers using the Custom game system in Overwatch.

Hero limit : 1 per team
Hero switching : Allowed
Hero pool : No restrictions
Kill Cams : off

Match Rules :
1. Disconnects : In case of any player in any team disconnects game will be paused. Two pauses max per team. Game will continue if there are any problems after two pauses are used by a team. Players can reconnect any time during a match.

2.Ping problem : In case of bad ping/ping spikes, it should be reported to the preceding admin by the team via all chat in game within the setup phase of the game + 30 seconds into the match (after setup phase). Any ping issues reported after that will not be taken into account.
3. Region : Europe

Registration Rules :
Each team should consist of 6 players. Each player should have a Facebook account and should be member of Overwatch IND group. No incomplete registrations are allowed. Teams are allowed to have 2 subs to replace main players. Any other player not in given subs list are not allowed. Admins must be informed when using subs.
Match Commencing :
Time slots for a day will be given for all matches. The two teams playing the match can contact each other, choose one time slot and then finally report to the admins.
If the respective teams does not report to the admins at their allotted time slots 15 min grace period will be given. If the team is not available within that period, the other team will be given walkover and will advance to next round.
In case of both teams not being available chance will be given for a reschedule on the same day. It is preferred to report any unavailability in advance to the admin.
