Rules

Principal Information

-Round 1 and 2 (winner bracket and looser bracket) of the tournament : Best of 1 maps(BO1)
-Round 3 and 4 (winner bracket and looser bracket) of the tournament : Best of 3 maps(BO3)
-BO1 : Players will play 1 'rounds' of 15 minutes / One player chooses to take host, the second player chooses his color
-BO3 : Players will play three 'rounds'(15 minutes each matches) with a change of sides between each round
-If the score is equal at the end of an round, this one is replayed with 5minutes of time limit
-The target score for each round is 15
-If teams are from different regions they will switch host at the end of the first match to let the opposing team host on their region.
-Upon the end of the first 15 minutes match, a 5 minutes 'half-time' period kicks in to allow teams to discuss tactics for the second half

The Spectators (streamers) are allowed to watch the match if the both players are agree.

Match Times

-Each matches of the 1vs1 Placement Tournament are to start at Friday 21:00 CEST
-A player who has caused any amount of delay that has prevented the first round of the match from starting by 15minutes after the original time, will forfeit their match
-In case of disconnection of a player after a problem due to the internet connection during a game, the player will have a time of 10 minutes to reconnect at the lobby. If the player exceeds this time limit, he will be forfeited
-Up to 5 minute breaks are permitted for each inter-map
-Any violation of the above is grounds for a protest to be initiated

Match Media

-an Screenshot of the scores at the end of each matches must be taken
-All match media (Screenshots, Videos, ...etc) must be uploaded within 1day of a match ending
-Any missing match media will constitute up to a warning, a forfeit, or a disqualification
-Players are reminded to understand the punishment system for missing match media for each event
-Any violation of the above is grounds for a protest to be initiated

Protests

-Players must initiate any protests
-Protests will have the match entirely evaluated
-Protests must have sufficient evidence provided
-Protests must be initiated within 15 minutes of a match ending
-Player's are reminded to have a complete understanding of all the rules
-Abuse of any form with the protest system will result in appropriate punishments
