EVENT RULES:
- open registration! FREE ENTRY from 9/3-9/24!
-once 32 slots have been filled. anyone who registers afterwards will be placed on reserves and will be contacted to fill spots leading up to tourney day if a player cancels or loses their spot
- ps4 console event only ! ( playstation ID is REQUIRED at registration)
- must be FOLLOWING JAZZY B's twitch channel !
- must JOIN the JAZZYGANG community family discord ! ( the discord will post all upcoming information/updates related to the tournament & games will be coordinated by the OG's aka MODERATORS of the discord channel)
once players are joined into discord they will be added to the private tournament locker room chat where all direction will be orchestrated through! ( please make sure u are following my twitch and discord. ..there is no exception for this small detail)
- once registered, all players must post their FIRST NAME/ twitch profile name/ & PSN ID in the TOURNAMENT CHANNEL through discord so we are able to reach out to you and coordinate your games!
- approximately 1 hour prior to the start of the tournament, my OG's aka MODS will be reaching out to registered players via private message on twitch/discord/or psn messages to make sure you are PRESENT and ready to play! you will have approximately 15 minutes to respond ! if you fail to reply you will lose your spot! forfeited spots will either be filled by someone else or your opponent will automatically advance to the next round!)
- PS4 CONSOLE ONLY ( if anyone is caught cheating, they will be automatically disqualified ! )
- registered players have until the end of registration date to cancel so that spots can be filled! if any questions or concerns, contact myself or mods in discord or you may email me!
- JazzyB will be hosting and streaming matches live during her stream, if your match is not currently being streamed, my OG's aka MODS will be reaching out to players through discord to coordinate matches off stream
-participants must be tuned into jazzy's stream during tournament. there will be updates/announcements made during stream only.
-must be checked in here and in discord so games/matches can be coordinated effectively!
-once registration is closed or spots are filled all players will receive an email by host to ensure all event rules & game details have been read and understood. players will need to reply that they have read and adhered to all tourney info/rules. if requirements are not fulfilled by the end of 9/25th after registration close date. your spot will be forfeited to another player! ( make it easy and get this stuff done ahead of time please !)
GAME RULES:
- all matches will be 1v1 solo squads with 1 referee in game! I don't care about ur opinion about this. it's meant to be hard! playing solo squads is dependent on strategy/tactics and the ability to build and defend yourself for survival in order to achieve kills ( either myself or one of the OG's will be conducting your match to referee)
- all rounds aside from losers final & winners final are SINGLE ELIMINATION ! ( 1 and done folks so play smart! )
- player with the most kills in their match will advance to the next round ! ( in the event of a kill tie, the player who survives the longest during the match will advance)
- the LOSER'S of the SEMI-FINALS ROUNDS will compete against eachother in the LOSER's FINALS to determine the winner of the 3rd place prize!
LOSER'S FINALS & WINNER'S GRAND FINALS:
- all matches will be 1v1 solo squads
- BEST OUT OF 2 ( total kills of 2 matches will be added up to determine winner
-in the event of a tie, additional OVERTIME matches will be conducted until a winner is determined
*please note LAG is a fact of life when competing in online tournaments! server will be a COIN TOSS between the 2 players in match for server advantage. if u lose coin toss there is NO WHINING!
-matches will only be reset if connection disconnects a party from game or if referee ( myself or mod) is disconnected from match.
*streamers are more than welcomed to stream! be careful for stream sniping! cover ur screens prior to match start to limit/avoid stream snipers from affecting your match!
