Rules
Format:
- Rocket League at Rapture Gaming Festival will be a standard Single Elimination Bracket.
- The Single Elimination Bracket is expected to be Bo1 matches until the Grand Finals, which will be a Best-of-3.
- Each team must consist of a minimum of needed players for a full team (up to two).
- If a game has not begun within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the admin reserves the right to default the team with the least players on server.
Game Rules:
- Games will be played on PS4 version.
- Maps: DFH Stadium only unless agreed between the players.
- All cars are available for selection, including DLC cars.
- Match Time: 5 minutes
- Game Mode: Local
Number of players:
Matches should be played as example in 2on2 with 4 players, if a side is missing a player the match can be played with less people but only if both teams agree.
Stoppages & Pauses:
- In games where this is possible, each team has the right to pause the game for a short duration, if a player announces it at least three seconds in advance and calls a coherent reason.
- The game must not be resumed before both teams agree with it. A team is seen to agree when any one of the players from that team states that they are ready.
- The absolute longest a game can be paused is 5 minutes, at which point the game MUST be resumed, except at the discretion of the tournament administration team.
