By participating in this tournament, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The tournament is being organised and operated by ATLAS ESPORTS LIMITED hereafter referred to as "The Operator".
1. Eligibility
1.1. The tournament is open to entrants who are at least 16 years of age or older. Shareholders, employees and associates of The Operator are ineligible to participate.
1.2. Entrants must be a resident of one of the European states and territories listed; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Europe#List_of_states_and_territories. Entrants are required to provide an accurate country of residence at the time of registration, failure to do so may result in forfeiture from the tournament and any associated prize.
1.3. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
1.4. There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.
2. Registration
2.1. The 16 players with the most points after 3 weeks of open competition will be invited to compete in the finals.
2.2. Should a player be unable to attend, they will forfeit any claim to their place and any associated prizes. The next player with the most points will be invited in their place and must meet the Eligibility criteria.
2.3. Players must compete with the Xbox account that is registered at signup. Failure to comply with this may result in forfeiture from the tournament and any associated prize.
3. Prizing
3.1. The total prize pool will be £200.
3.2. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
3.3. The Operator reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
3.4. The Operator's decision on any aspect of the tournament is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
4. Delivery of the Prize

4.2. Eligible participants will allow 60 days for the prize to be delivered; otherwise, alternative arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
4.3. If the winner(s) prize is unclaimed after 180 days from completion date of the tournament, they will forfeit their share of the prize and a new winner(s) will not be selected.
5. Data Protection and Publicity
5.1. You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by The Operator for the purposes of administering the competition.
5.2 You agree that The Operator and associated partners may use publicly available information for promotion and marketing activity on social media.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Operator accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
7. General
7.1. The Operator reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the tournament or amend these terms and conditions.
7.2. Scoring & Tiebreakers
7.2.1 Kills are combined from Game 1 & Game 2, the top 4 players advance to the next round.
7.2.2 If players are tied on kills, the player with the most assists across both games will advance.
7.2.3 If players are still tied, the player with the least deaths across both games will advance.
7.2.4 If players are still tied, the player with the higher peak kills across both games will advance.
7.2.5 If players are still tied, the player with the higher peak assists across both games will advance.
7.2.6 In the event that players are still tied after all tiebreakers, players will play a single 1v1 match to either 15 kills or time limit to determine who advances.
