1. You must be in this discord server to participate in the tournament.
2. You must be located in NA to participate in the tournament.
3. No aliasing allowed.
4. During matches your team must use this discord server's voice channels that are labeled as: Tourney [#]. Extra comms or non-delayed streams/re-streams are prohibited.
5. Server with fairest/most competitive pings will be used for the match. If a mediator is needed please message Lampyre or another admin.
6. Server must be set to the hoq_tdm game mode factory.
7. Demos must be provided upon request or else your team will be forced to forfeit the tournament in its entirety... So don't forget to set /cg_autoaction 3 in console.
8. End-game screenshots of each map played must be posted in #tourney-match-screenshots... So don't forget to set /cg_autoaction 3 in console.
9. A single tactical 90-second Time-Out is allotted per team on each map.
10. Connective issue time-outs will need proof of packet loss, ping spiking, etc. to prevent abuse.
11. Scheduling for weekly matches: You may schedule ahead of your round if the bracket allows it. You may make up games in following weeks. However, unfinished games will be FFed by the difficult team. Lampyre will make an unbiased judgement call if needed.
12. "The Reserves" may sub-in or guest-play for any team throughout the tournament. It's the team's decision to make.
13. Streams must have at least a 30-second delay for matches.
