Tournament rules
General Rules:
1. A member of the team must be in the discord to receive updates on the event
2. Streaming POVs of the event must have a 2 minute or more delay to counter stream sniping
3. By joining the event you agree to all of the rules in the Cascade Leagues' rule book (http://bit.ly/2kX0xY4)
4. Admin has final say
Event Rules:
1. In the event a team can't field a full roster for a match they are allowed to play with 4 players instead of 5.
2. If a team is 15 minutes late to a match they will forfeit their match
3. All games are scheduled by admins but if both teams agree to another time within the same window (example: 6:30pm instead of 6:00pm) it will be allowed as long as an admin is informed.
