Rules
*If you have already placed 1st or 3rd in a tournament - you cannot participate again in upcoming months as you have qualified for a place already in the finals.
**This tournament is not double elimination**

1vs1 TOURNAMENT
All players will be randomly matched up.
Match Play.
Ensure to abide by these rules when entering into these matches.

SIDE SELECTION
Before set begins decide who will be P1 and who will be P2.

CHARACTER SELECTION
All characters including DLC characters are allowed.
Character move customization is banned.
No creation of Mii fighters during a set is allowed.

CONTROLLERS
Pro controllers will be provided - you may also bring your own please ensure it is official Nintendo Switch controller.
If you bring your own Game Cube Controller - please ensure you bring your own adapter.

KEY DETAILS
The final will be best out of five.

If you are not on time for your match you will be forfeit your spot.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

If the winner is under the age of 18 - a letter signed by their legal guardian will be required to travel and an additional ticket will be provided for the guardian to accompany the individual to DreamHack.

DreamHack trip will start on 12th June and finish on the 16th of June 2020.
Nintendo and Core Gaming will cover the costs of hotels and flights and tickets for the event as stated in the prize.
The winner is responsible for themselves and must ensure they board flights on time. A valid passport will be required.

GENERAL VISA & PASSPORT INFORMATION
Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond your return date into South Africa and all South African passport holders are required to have a minimum of three blank pages in their passport excluding the front and back cover to enable entry visas to be issued.
