We are not responsible if you could not make it on time OR you are unable to join the private room given by us due to any kind of problem from your side. For example: Bad internet, Entering Wrong Room ID OR Password, ETC. Once you paid, You can not claim your refund. Match will start at given time. You must be on time. We will start the match without any reminder. If we forget to provide you any detail which did not let you entering into the tournament, we will refund your money.
