Team Size : 5 vs 5
Roster Limit : 7 (2 substitutes permitted)

Format- Double Elimination BO1 Bracket (Finals of Looser's and Winner's Bracket-BO3)
Player- Participants who are currently residing in these countries- India, Bangladesh,Pakistan,Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan are allowed
Registration- 10th January, 2018- 24th January,2018
Tournament- 26th January 2018 - 11th February 2018
Timings- 8PM - 11PM(Weekdays), 12 PM onwards(Weekends)

Nationality:

This tournament is available for players from the Indian sub-continent(India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan & Pakistan). Identification documents might be asked to share in private with IGC admins incase anyone is suspected of being not from the above mentioned countries.

MATCH PROCEDURE

1. All team members joins Discord at least 15 minutes early and reports in Discord chat- Tournament Chat
2. Admins responds and invites them to Admins voice lobby and issues further instructions
3. All Playing members of Team 1 and Team 2 joins their respective voice channels and the match begins
4. After the end of the match the winning team submits the screenshot of the end scoreboard in the scoreboard channel
5. Moss zip files must be uploaded individually by all 10 players here

Rules:

1) Maximum re-hosts allowed is 2 per team. In case of a re host a maximum of 7 minutes will be allowed to both teams to join the new lobby,
failing to which may lead to a walkover/disqualification/warning, any extra time will be upto the concerned admin.

2) A re host will be allotted if any player disconnects from the lobby within 30 secs of preparation phase. If any player gets disconnected after 30 sec of the prep phase the round will continue, re host will be allowed only after the round ends, this re host will be subtracted from the total re hosts(2 re hosts) allowed per team.

3) Every player must be available on IGC discord server during their match and are responsible of their internet connection and software-hardware environment. Leaving the Discord server on purpose is not allowed.

4) MOSS Software is required to record the gameplay of every match and the zip file needs to be uploaded here

5) Game Lobby will be hosted by IGC admins. Team Captains are requested to contact IGC Admins at least 15 minutes prior to allotted time.

6) A maximum delay of 15 minutes to start the match is permitted from the scheduled time, failure to start the game after exhausting the extra time might result in a forfeit (Admin's Call)

7) No re-scheduling of matches will be allowed on team request unless IGC decides otherwise.
8) Ping Limit- 150+10 ms(Maximum)

9) Games will be streamed Live(with a intentional delay) on IGC YouTube channel, personal steaming will not be allowed. We will provide the stream link in all social platforms.


10) No change to team roster will be allowed in the duration of the tournament, only registered substitutes will be allowed to play as a sub.

11) Each player must also display well-mannered behavior throughout the entire duration of the tournament. This includes before, during, or after the series. Good behavior is expected in all public areas of interaction which include but are not limited to Facebook, in-game and on Discord.

12) Cheating is prohibited and will lead to permanent ban from future tournaments.

13) Intentionally losing the game will lead to permanent ban from future tournaments.

14) As stated above the participants must be residing in one of these countries(Indian Sub-Continent)- India, Bangladesh,Pakistan,Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan. and should be a citizen of at least one of them.
Example- A citizen of India residing in Singapore or in any other country apart from the countries mentioned above are not allowed.

15) Players must use their main/own account, Any discrepancy found on the tournament would lead to disqualification from the tournament.

16) Any previously known cheater will not be allowed on this tournament(Admins Call)

17) Intentional glitching is not allowed, in case of a intentional glitch Admin will decide the course of action, for any kind of game breaking bug the game will be re hosted from the admin's end, teams wont loose their allotted re hosts in such a case.

18) In case of any issues in-game(example bugs,glitches etc), the teams must notify the spectator immediately through in-game chat, complaining later after the match ends might not be entertained.

19) Higher seeded team chooses sides and bans the first map.

20) Any of the above rules is subject to change without prior notice and all IGC decisions will be final.

Unfair play:

The following actions will be considered unfair play:

The use of any cheat program and/or map hack program or any scripts/macros

If any team is caught using smurf (using other unregistered player/ player from other team etc.) they will be banned from the tournament immediately.

An intentional disconnection without a proper and explicitly stated reason

Intentionally allowing an opponent to win a game.

Unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior such as inappropriate and/or unprofessional actions directed towards another player or tournament officials.

The use of a game bug that is determined by the board of referees as being unfair.



Upon discovery of any player committing any violations regarded as unfair play, the offending player, at the sole discretion of the tournament director or a group of referees, may receive a warning, a forfeit loss, disqualified from the tournament. Prizes may also be deducted of the offending team(s) at the sole discretion of the Tournament Director in accordance with any policies that are already existing.

During the course of the event, the tournament director or group of referees may determine other actions to embody unfair play.


Penalties:

If any of the rules, regulations, terms or condition are violated, admins may apply penalties according to their judgment and discretion, at any stage of the tournament, for any reason, without prior warning to the players, and their decision will be final. Penalties that can be applied are the following:
*Warning.
*Default loss.
*Disqualification of a player/team from the entire tournament.
*Blacklisted from our future tournaments.
