BadAsAFish80's Minion Masters Tournament 1v1 #26 - $100 Prize Pool - August
Regeln
You will be placed into a group Discord DM with your opponents and will have 3 days to schedule and complete the match. Please post your availability in this group DM by the availability deadline stated in the group. If one team fails to post their availability before the time cut off whilst the other team does, then the team that posted in time wins the match by forfeit if it isn't played by the group end deadline (Unless special circumstances exempt otherwise).
Jargon Buster: This is a TOURNAMENT that comprises of multiple TOURNAMENT ROUNDS. For each round you play a MATCH which is best of 3 (5 for all Finals) GAMES.
Just like in normal ranked mode, you may queue with any Legal Deck (master/cards) you choose in the best of 3 series, so your opponent has no idea what you're playing! You can change your master at any time during the round.
However, for the deck to be a Legal Deck, it must follow these limitations:
⚠️NO WILDCARDS (This means no more than 1 copy of any card in your deck)
⚠️Banned Card(s) : Scrat Tunnels
⚠️Banned Masters: None. [Optional: you can choose to ban TWO masters each Best Of Three to prevent your opponent from playing them. Feel free to work out a banning order with the opponent, or DM an admin for private bans if they are available.]
⚠️FINALS SPECIFIC RULES:
The last pre-final LB match is considered a final for the purpose of these rules.
All Finals are Best Of Five.
You can only win with a master once. For instance, if you were to win with Apep, you cannot use him again for the duration of the BO5.
It is the job of each player to make sure their opponent is obeying the rules. We don't have commentators spectating the matches to keep an eye out. The best way to do this is by checking an opponents deck after the match
Note: Season cards, new masters, and balance changes are able to overrule the current ban list.
If you start a game with an illegal deck/master, you have the first 30 seconds of the game to leave and correct the error. A repeat offence will result in forfeiting that game but if appropriate you can continue the BO3.
Since this is a global tournament there is the potential that you will be matched with opponents from a different time zone. For all matches you are expected to try to find a time to play the match that is convenient to all participants. If the match is failed to be played then the outcome of the match will be decided randomly or by admin discretion.
Each player has 5 minutes for deck building in between games. If you go over this limit, the opponent has the right to advocate a game loss to the admins.
You are not allowed to register more then 1 account per tournament. Doing so will result in a permanent ban from all BadAsAFish80 tournaments.
You are not to be provocative or rude in any way to your tourney opponents. Doing so will result in warnings or a ban, based on admin discretion.
If a player wins two 1v1 tournaments that they enter in a row, they will be ineligible for the next 1v1 tournament starting after their second win - because this is a casual tournament we wanted to ensure that everyone has a fair chance of winning and to ensure that all the 1v1 tournaments are not dominated by the same player.
Admin's decision is final.
