Blue Group: April 28th-30th
Yellow Group: May 5th-7th
Green Group: May 12th-14th
Double Round-Robin
Best of 5 Series
Top 2 teams in each group advances to Playoffs
3rd place team in each group qualifies for 2017 CWL Anaheim Open Pool Play, Stage 2, and 2017 Call of Duty World League Championship.
Last place team in each group competes in Relegation to secure a spot in Stage 2.
