Regeln
1. Registration Fees: ₹ 250 per team.
2. The software used is Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (steam version).
3. It is a 5 (Five) player team tournament (one substitute player is allowed).
4. The game mode in this tournament will be competitive as per ESL standards.
5. Only active duty maps will be played (no exceptions).
6. There is no draw, hence overtime (OT) will continue until a winner is declared.
7. A single player is not allowed to play on behalf of two teams, if caught, both the teams will be disqualified.
8. The maps will be picked for each match by map veto system as per ESL standards.
9. Tournament structure will be two groups followed by single eliminations. The top two teams each group will qualify for play-offs.
10. Match wins (head-to-head) will be considered as tiebreaker.
11. Use of player models (introduced in Operation Shattered Web) is not allowed.
12. The captain of each team should have a Ragam Id.
13. Exploiting map bugs, game bugs, etc. are not allowed.
14. Players with VAC ban or game ban on their steam account are not allowed on the server.
15. If a player does not agree to any rules, he/she can express his/her protest to a referee before the completion of a match. Any intentional refusal to connect to the match server can result in a default loss for that team with the decision to be made is at the sole discretion of the referee.
16. Protests can only be filed by the team leader (i.e.: a player that represents the team)
17. A total of 10 minutes of technical timeout is available to both the teams and can be only used if a player is disconnected due to network problems.
18. If all the players cannot play due to an unintended, unforeseen accident such as server stoppage, the match will be rescheduled on a later date.
19. If a rematch is decided by the head referee, the team that does not follow this decision will be subject to disqualification.
20. In the case of intentional disconnection, the referee may decide to end the match with the offending team losing by forfeit.
21. All cheat programs are banned from the arena. If caught using cheat programs/map bugs/game bugs, the team will be disqualified.
