FINAL DECISION HERE:

1.4.1 QUALIFIERS (5/11 - 5/15)
In order to make it to the top 8 live-show, you must qualify by earning a top 8 score. You have 20 time slots, in the week leading up to the event, to choose from to record your qualifying score. (More time scores may become made available, if needed).
Once your qualifier match begins, you will have 3 matches or 1 hour (whichever comes first) to record your top 2 scores. (Scoring system is the same method as above: 1.3)

1.4.2 DUOS (TOP 8 Live) (5/16 @ 3:00 PM EST)
In the top 8, live event, you will have 2 matches to accumulate points. Top 3 move to the finals. In the finals, we repeat this format once more until we have a tournament winner.

1.4.3 TITLE MATCH (LouisinaCajuns / A_Jay_Tv vs Tournament Winners) (Immediately After Tournament)

2.1. Game Lobby
Your tournament official will add you as a friend on PSN. YOUR TEAM REP MUST ACCEPT THE FRIEND REQUEST TO PARTICIPATE. IF THIS IS NOT DONE THEN YOU WILL NOT COMPETE.
Prior to each match, the tournament official (T.O.) will have a lobby open for competitors. The (T.O.) will navigate their invitation list to invite players to compete. The (T.O) will invite competitors in the order that is provided to them. Each competitor must pay attention to their (T.O) and/or chat to keep up with the tournament order. You will play both matches back to back. Once the match begins, your host will SD off the arena in order to spectate/commentate your match.

2.2 Map
The map that is currently in rotation during your turn is the match we will use for your match. Apex has not given us the option to pick a specific map so we will choose what "Play Apex" offers during every match. RANKED MODE WILL NOT BE USED

2.3 Forfeiture
Once your Tournament Official invites you to the lobby, you will have 2 minutes to enter. If you have not entered in the time-frame, we will mark your absence as a forfeiture of the match.

3.1 Stoppage of Play
PLEASE USE A WIRED CONNECTION WHEN COMPETING IN PuG eSports EVENTS!
Players disconnecting from lobby at any time, accidentally or intentionally, may result in a forfeiture of the series. Any network issues are the player’s responsibility. If lag is a serious issue during a match then the match will be restarted. If a competitor has consistent lag issues they will be disqualified from any further participation.

In the event of a blue screen, we will record the score accumulated before the occurrence. We will move on with the tournament while admins discuss further actions. You may be called back up to redo that match but, ultimately, the final decision is made by the team of admins.

4.1 TieBreaker
Each team will have until the completion of 1 in-game ring to gain as many points as they can. The competitor with the highest score wins.
