GOALS FOR GLORY TOURNAMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS
This is a PS4 BYOC (Bring Your Own Controller) event. Bring your own controller and register the unit at the time of reporting for the event. If you do not have one, a controller will be provided at the venue at a nominal charge (subject to availability). No complaints about the controller will be entertained.
• Tournament mode: One on One / Knockout
• Team selection: Select from any of the International or Club teams available in the game.
• Selection of International/ Club in the same match is allowed.
• If both players want the same team, the decision will be based on a coin-toss.
• Special/ Custom teams are not allowed.
• Difficulty level: Legendary, Injuries: ON, Offside: ON
• Half Length: 4 min.
• Controls : Any, Game Speed: Normal, Defending: Tactical
• Winner moves to the next stage. In case of a tie the winner will be decided by golden goal
• At the end of each match, wait till the event organizers record the score/ result and disconnect the players’ controllers.
• Players are requested not to disturb their opponents by inappropriate pausing of the game or talking/ shouting or interacting with friends/ audience.
• No sideline coaching is allowed. You may not offer advice to anyone during a game.
• After the match has begun, Game pause is allowed only when ball is out of play.
• Players are responsible for being present at the venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled match-time. Inordinate delays (more than 5 min.) will result in a walk-over. No refunds will be provided.
• Players are responsible for safe-keeping of their game controllers in between games.
• SPOT Registrations are available (limited entries).
• Re-entry (@₹200) may be allowed for players who get knocked out in Round 1 and wish to have another go. Re-entry is subject to slot availability. Re-entry prohibited at any other Rounds.
• No food and drinks in the playing area
• Narcotic use of any kind is not permitted in the tournament facility.
• Unruly behavior, disrupting the game-play or arguing with the event organizers will lead to immediate disqualification.
