MAIN GAME RULES AND CONDITIONS

1. Sign up and Registration to the tournament

Step 1: To participate in the tournament all players should first sign up and create their account.

Step 2: After sign up you can register to the tournament.

2. Participants

Maximal number of participants is up to 32 players which should be registered according to the established registration form before the beginning of the tournament. Additional registrations can be made only with the permission of the organizer of the tournament before the beginning of the tournament (if free slots are availiable). Additional registrations after the beginning of the tournament are forbidden. The participation in the tournament is free.

ATTENTION: all registered participants of the tournament should be also obligatory registered in both steam groups:

3 . Tournament chat room in Steam

During the tournament all players should obligatory join the “Tournament chat room” with the administrator and referees in Steam which will be created by the administrator before the tournament. In this chat room players can resolve all controversial issues which can arise during the tournament and communicate with referees and opponents of the next round.

4 . Organization of matches

4.1 . How to communicate with opponents and to save time

For coordination between players administrator and referees of tournament create “Tournaments chat room” in Steam where all participants of ther tournament are obliged to be throughout all tournament.

Don't waste time after grid announcement. It form in advance that you could plan actions and in time finish matches. As soon as the grid is announced – contact your opponent in Steam.

Check attentively dates and time of matches, agree in advance with all opponents (in order to avoid the conflicts in the future).

Check the tournament’s steam group and personal messages more often. Your task not only to win and win prizes, but also to communicate, find new acquaintances and to develop a cybersports component of discipline.

4.2. Breaking Army Rules

If the rule 4.2. is broken, the player which has broken the rule, gets a default loss in this match (not in the full round, if the finals will be played).

In case of rematch players should chose the same faction and number of units as before. If the rule is broken, the player which has broken the rule, get a default loss in this match (not in the full round, if the finals will be played).

5. Win

The winner is the player which completely destroyed army of the opponent. Also the match is won, if the opponent write “GG” or just quit the game. The losing player isn't obliged to finish game up to the end if he considers that he won't be able to win in this game. In order to avoid time tightening, the loosing opponent has the right to write "GG" and to leave the game. The winner has to make a "GG" screenshot and upload it on the tournament webseite.

6. Default win time (missing of the opponent)

ATTENTION: Players should play their matches strictly at the appointed date and time!!!

Example: your match date is 03.11.2018 at 22:00. This means that you have 7 days to play the match till the 09.11.2018. You should contact your opponent and to play the match and then to report results till the 09.11.2018. You should also report to admin before the match the exact date and time of the match during this period of time.

After you tried to contact your opponent (several times several days) and you got no answer back, you can request a Default Win. Please make a protest about the missing of the opponent (you can do it in the “Tournaments chat room”). However, in special cases the admin can decide that the match will be played (in cases of a delay of parallel matches when the late team warned rivals and judges about a delay).

In case of absence of one of players for the beginning of the match recorded in the schedule, the players receives a default loss.

7. Reporting Results

Generally both players are responsible to enter a correct results on tournaments website. Therefore both players must take a screenshot at the end of the match, where we can see the correct result, and then upload it after the match to the tournaments website. In any case, first of all the winner should prove his win and upload the screenshot.

ATTENTON: The win without the proving screenshot can not be accepted by admins in any case.

If you have a conflict in the match, please write a protest in the “Tournament chat room”, so the administrators or referees can check the case and take a decision. The decision can also mean that both players are disqualified, if there is not enough proof for either player to be the clear winner.

If one of the players miss its match at the appointed date and time, it gets a default loss. Check attentively dates and time of matches, agree in advance with all opponents (in order to avoid the conflicts in the future).

If both opponents miss their match at the appointed date and time, both of them get a default loss.

8. Play Style and red line camping

Red Line camping is prohibited. Try to alert your opponent and give him chance to move away before contacting an admin if it occurs. Pull through is not allowed. Players fight till one of them will be defeated.

9. Player drops

If a player loses connection during an on-going battle, that player receives a default loss for that map. The game can be rematched only if the opponent of the dropped player is agreed.

10. Default loss

The Default loss is the case

1. if the host or one of the players leaves knowingly or wilfully the game. The match should be paused and the referee takes a decision with player, which stayed in the game, if the match should be rematched or not. The last word has the player.

ATTENTION: If one of the players was dropped, the opponent can demand the default loss for the dropped opponent only if he has a proof. As a proof can be only the screenshot that the opponent was dropped. If he dont have a screenshort, the match should be rematched.

ATTENTION: Teams should regard with favour the dropping of players because of problems with Steam. If the connection is broken on the fault of steam and both players will ber dropped, the match should be rematched in any case.

The players can invite for the match one of the official observers/referees. If they dont invite any observer they act on their own risk in controvercial cases. A referee/observer of the match can be only the admin, official referee or observer of the tournament. The list of you can find below or in our steam groups.

11. Rematch

By rematch players should play with the same factions, armies and units as well as in the first game. The rotation of the factions and units by rematch is strictly forbidden.

If the connection is broken on the fault of steam or the host at the end of the game, please regard this situation with favour: the matched can not be replayed and the win will be rewarded to the player which had a convincing advantage in the match. Here also should be provided a proof (screenshort). Without a proof the match should be rematched. The final decision takes the referee/observer in such situation.

12. Pauses in the game

Pauses in the game are not allowed. It is allowed to make a pause only if your opponent is agree.
The general duration of pauses in game should be maximum of 5 minutes. If time passed, tell to the opponent (without excess aggression, having explained a situation) that the pause is over and the match should be continued.

13. Controversial and unforseen situations

If there will be a controversial situations which cannot be settled by the players on their own, they should be setlled by the admin or referees. The decision of the organizer is the final authority in such case and cannot be challenged.

14. Creating a Lobby

Any player can create the lobby. Since the lobby is based on the Host, in a event of a dispute between an European player and a non European player, the European player must be the one that creates the lobby. In some cases the lobby can be also created by a non European player if the server connection of the non European player is better. Both players should be agree with that and confirm it in the “Tournament chat room”.

15. Observers / Referees

Referees will be appointed by the organizer before the beginning of the tournament. All referees/observers names will be published in our steam groups.

16. Broadcasters

Only broadcasters with the approval of the Admin team are allowed to spectate the game. An admin will contact the players beforehand if there is a broadcaster joining their game. All broadcastings should be hold on the official tournament stream channel.

17. Matchmedia

All match media (screenshots etc) must be kept for at least till the end of the tournament. In general, you should upload the match media from a match to the match page as soon as possible. Faking or manipulating match media is of course forbidden and will result in severe penalties. Match media should be named clearly based on what it is. It is not possible to file or write a protest to complain about bad match media naming. However, if an admin is hindered in their work because of bad match media names then it can be punished for.
