Tournament Rules
Games will be played in the SEA server.

All players are responsible for reading tournament rules and procedures.

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY:
Only players playing in the SEA region can join. (The SEA region includes all countries from Asia and Oceana excluding China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Pakistan and all countries towards the west and north of Pakistan)

All players must be able to play using the PRIVATE – 5v5 Draft mode.

SUBSTITUTION
Any of the registered 6 members of a team can play for any of the team’s games. This means that any of the 6-registered player can play at either the first, second, or third game of the best-of-three matches.

CLAIMING OF PRIZES:
Points are updated at the Discord Channel via pinned post.
ICE is only awarded for winners of the Monthly Finals.

Bracket Generation –11:50 AM
Tie Breaker –12:00 NN
Quarter Finals – 1:15 PM
Semi Finals – 2:30 PM
Grand Finals – 3:45 PM

Match Reporting and Disputes
Teams are advised to take screenshots in case of disputes.
Teams must advise a tournament admin in Discord that their game is about to start. Failure to give advice may result in a loss for both teams. Players must also report any delays that may occur after they give advice.
The winning team must report their wins immediately and be ready for their next match.

Any disputes must be reported to the tournament admin through Discord within 10 minutes of the issue. Failing to do so may result in the dismissal of your dispute.

Tournament Mode
All matches will be using the PRIVATE – 5v5 Draft mode.
All rounds will be played in best-of-three sets.

Draft Priority
Teams on the top of the bracket can choose their side. They are also responsible for adding the opposing team. The team who loses the previous match may choose their side and will also be responsible for adding the opposing team.

Tournament Schedule and No Shows.
Matches are to be played out immediately as soon as they can be played.
Teams are given a ten-minute grace period to show up for their match.
If a team is ready, but they are still waiting for the result of their opponent's match, the team may ask for the admin for a time when they can report again. Otherwise, they will be only given the 10-minute grace period once their opponent is determined.

Streaming
The Tournament Admin may inform the teams that their match will be streamed. Teams must add the account specified by the admin and follow the admin's instructions for proceeding with the streamed match.

Cheating and Unsportsmanlike Conduct
Players proven to have been cheating, conspiring to cheat, or acting in an unsportsmanlike conduct will receive consequences upon the review of their action.

Cheating is defined as any practice that gives an unfair advantage to a team or player.
These include, but are not limited to:
Use of 3rd party software prohibited by SEMC.
Ghosting (Unregistered player playing for a team)
Playing for multiple teams at a certain qualifier / bracket.

Roster Change
Teams can change their roster in between qualifiers.
Teams can only change one player when they register for the 4th qualifier or for the finals.
Players cannot play for multiple teams during a qualifier.

Monthly Finals Rules and Format
Teams will be invited based on their most recent roster submission.
Bracket: Single Elimination
Match Format: Best-of-five for the finals and best-of-three for the rest
Teams will be seeded according to their points: 1stVS8th, 4thVS5th, 2ndVS7th, 3rdVS6th
Draft Priority: A coin toss facilitated by an admin will decide the who get's to have draft priority. Winner of the coin toss get's to choose their side of the draft for the first game and then the other team get's to choose for the next game. If it goes to a 3rd game another coin toss will be done.

Disclaimer
MET holds exclusive rights to the coverage of any related matches, whereas MET may grant rights to a third-party entity.
MET holds the right to stream any match from the tournament.
MET and its staff are the only entities allowed to spectate a match.
MET holds the rights to change rules as it deems fit.
