Registration Deadline – June 12th at 11:59PM
Dates of Event – June `15th, 2018 at 11am – 5pm EST

General In-Game Settings & Rules
|General game settings and rules pertaining to the game|
1. Match Time: 5 minutes
2. No Bots
3. Server Region is US East
4. All matches will be played in Private Match with username and password.
5. All maps will be randomized that fit the regular dimensions of a regular RL map.
6. Players can use Keyboard/Mouse, or controllers.

*All games will continue even if there are technical difficulties related to but not limited to internet issues, controller or keyboard issues, computer issues, etc.
** Players who leave the game can join the game mid-game if they can, but there will be no substituting or bots allowed during the tournament.

Set Format During Play
|Your main guidelines for how the games will be played|

1. During Preliminary Matches, all matches will be a BO1 match. The opponents in this stage will be randomly picked based around your skill.
2. All 1st and 2nd bracket rounds are also BO1.
3. The Semi Finals will be a BO3, and the Finals will be a BO5
4. All decisions and disagreements will be decided by the Tournament Organizer who will be present at all matches.

Universal Conduct Rules
|The following are general rules tournaments have regarding player conduct|.
• Any malfunctions are the player's responsibility. Both sides must agree to restart a match because of such a problem. If not, the game continues.
• No substitutions are allowed
• DQ Rule: If both of your players are not there for the match, you automatically give up the match.
• The tournament organizer has the right to save/record any tournament match if possible and has the right to upload said match.
• Intentional forfeiting, match fixing, splitting, and any other forms of bracket manipulation is not allowed and punishable by the TO.
• Disrupting an opponent physically or intending to disrupt their play (Discord) will result in a warning. Repeated action may result in disqualification from the tournament
• Observers who disrupt players are dealt with as the Tournament Organizer sees fit. Disqualification is the most common recourse.
• There may be people that are tournament moderators or staff. Don’t argue with them.
• THE TOURNAMENT ORGANIZER IS THE ULTIMATE RULE DECIDER AND CAN FORM NEW RULES AND ENFORCE THEM AT A MOMENTS NOTICE. THE TO IS THE ULTIMATE DECIDER OF ALL DISPUTES AND PROBLEMS. ARGUING WITH THE TO MAY RESULT IN IMMIDIATE EJECTION FROM THE TOURNAMENT.
