Règles
1. Introduction and Acceptance.

1.1 Acceptance of these Rules. By participating in the Event, including by joining any Session or Match in the Event, or by clicking to accept these Rules, you agree to these Rules.

1.2 Changes to the Rules. The Admins may change these Rules from time to time by notifying you of such changes by any reasonable means. By continuing to participate in the Event, you are agreeing to the updated Rules. If you do not agree to the updated Rules, you must withdraw your participation in the Event.


2. Event Format.

2.1 Format Summary. The tournament will consist of 2 events:
Online Qualifiers ( Until Round of 16 )
Main Stage ( Starting Quarter Finals )

2.2 Online Qualifiers. The online qualifiers will be played online and must be present in the discord server voice rooms. The tournament will be operated on Discord.

2.3 Main Stage. Starting from The Quarter Finals, were 8 teams are left, you will be playing your matches on the Main Stage at LINCH Baabda until the end of the tournament. The Main Stage will be all streamed.

2.4 Showing up to the Main Stage. Upon Registration, you confirm that you are able to show up on the Main Stage and that you are able to attend at the Lounge. Starting from the Quarter Finals, all the teams MUST play on the Main Stage. Participants ARE NOT ALLOWED to play online when reaching the Quarter Finals.


Player and Teams Eligibility

3.1 Team Name. Teams and Players must use the same name for the duration of the entire Tournament

3.2 Team Name Restriction. Tournament Administrators each reserves the right to prohibit or restrict the use of any name during Tournament Gameplay.

3.3 Residence. Participants must be residing in Lebanon in order to attend the Main Stage in case you qualified. Nationalities other than Lebanese are allowed to participate as long as they are residing in Lebanon.

3.4 Playing in One Team Only. You may only participate on a single Team during the same event. Players are not allowed to have multiple teams competing in a single tournament.


4. Team Rosters

4.1 Team Size and Rosters. Teams may only use Players who are on their Roster for a Match. Upon registering for the Tournament, Rosters must contain a minimum of 5 Players, and may contain up to 2 players as a substitute.

4.2 Roster Submission. After the start of the tournament, teams are not allowed to change the roster.


5. Registration and Schedule

5.1 Discord. Players MUST join the discord server https://discord.gg/gMdBcyEYbJ for live communication, updates and support from tournament admins.

5.2 Registration Link. The registration Link is posted on Discord, please join the discord server in case you're not in.

5.3 Matches Time/Schedule. Matches time will be determined after the registration window closes, Teams must be checking discord to follow up with match times, updates and schedules.


6. Gameplay Rules, Operation and Administration

6.1 Game Settings.

6.3 Map Bans:

Best of 1:
Coin toss, winner either chooses “side selection” once a map is selected or “who bans a map first”
A Ban – B Ban – A Ban – B Ban – A Ban – B Ban – A Ban – B Ban – Map played

Best of 3:
Coin toss, winner either chooses “side selection” once a map is selected or “who bans a map first”. “Side selection” goes to the other team for the second map. New coin toss to determine who gets “side selection” for the decider map.
A Ban – B Ban – A Ban – B Ban – A Pick – B Pick – A Ban – B Ban – Decider

In each of those ban sequences, should any map go to Overtime, the team that didn’t get “Side Selection” on said map, will get “Overtime Side Selection”.

6.4 Cosmetics.

Players can only use the battle dress uniforms and headgears listed below. All others battle dress uniforms and headgears are banned from use in competitive play:
Operator’s default skins
Pro League skins (gold sets)
Pro teams branded cosmetics
Esports Programs’ cosmetics

Weapon skins, weapon charms and operator background cards are not subject to any restriction.

Drone skins and operator gadget skins are all forbidden in competitive play. Players can only use the default drone and operator gadget skins.

6.5 Usage of bugs or in-game exploits.

These are known unintended mechanics that have been approved for use:

Using equipment or defusing through a destructible surface
Destroying a hatch with the defuser on it to cause it to fall and deactivate (resulting in a win for the defending team)
Smoking through walls
Hibana’s pellets, Ace’s SELMA charges and Thermite’s exothermic charges can be placed anywhere

These are known unintended mechanics that have been banned for use:

Any position that Players can get their operator, drones or gadgets to, and out of, by passing through any object, wall or surface, resulting in the operator, drone or gadget not being seen as they normally should.
Any position that Players can get their operator, drones or gadgets to, and out of, only through the help of one or multiple of their teammates clustering around them (through 3D models collisions)
Any behavior or action that Players can perform to create a situation where they can see or shoot at an opponent without the opponent being able to see them or attack/shoot at them as they normally should.
Standing on a window ledge undetected
Blocking window vaulting with a destructible shield
Shooting through what is intended to be non-destructible items including walls, floors, ceilings and other objects or surfaces.
Placing any equipment or gadget in a place where it cannot be destroyed
Vaulting on ledges and proning to reach normally inaccessible spots
Vaulting onto skylight windows

6.6 Tactical Timeouts.

Tactical Timeouts are short pauses in the flow of a game that can be requested by a team.
Each Team may request one Tactical Timeout per map during any given match. Timeouts that are not used do not carry over to the next map and are lost.

6.7 Technical Pause and ReHost.

During any Tech issue for a certain team/ player, you can request a pause using the in game “ Pause “ in custom games in order to solve the player’s problem, it can’t exceed 5 minutes, the host of the game is responsible to pause the game whenever a team requests it. If it exceeds 5 minutes then it will have to be addressed to the admins.

Leaving the lobby or doing a Rehost is not allowed only if the admin approves it
If you want to request a ReHost first thing the game has to be paused then ask the admin by providing evidence and a reason for a ReHost.

6.8 Anti-Cheat.

The following applications are required for participation:
BattlEye
MOnitor System Status (MOSS)
At the end of a match, all Players must submit their individual MOSS files to the Organizer.
MOSS files must be received within fifteen (15) minutes of a match ending. Failure to either provide MOSS files or provide altered files may result in infractions, up to and including disqualification of a match.

6.9 Prohibited Software, Applications & Services.

The use of third-party software, any form of tampering with the game's code or servers or any gathering of information obtained from watching the match's broadcast while playing with the intention of, or potential to, create an unfair advantage for a Team or Player, is prohibited. All programs that allows/enables remote access to a PC and/or change, mark or hide an IP address, including but not limited to the following list, will be cause for immediate disqualification for the entire Team:

7. Match Procedures

7.1 Check in and DQ Timer. Each team has to check in at least 15 minutes before the match.
Each team has 15 minutes to be ready to start before getting disqualified.

7.2 Result Submission. Once a match finishes, Both teams have to submit the score via the match room, and the winner will always have to provide a screenshot. Failure to provide a screenshot may not verify and confirm your win.

7.3 Substitutions. Substitutions may only occur in between Mapes in a Match or before a Match.Teams must inform Tournament Administrators of any change in lineup between Matches. And receive admin approval.

7.4 Match Hosting. For the qualifiers, the participants are responsible to host the lobby and invite their opponents.

7.5 Technical Issues. Due to the nature and scale of online competition, except as otherwise determined by Tournament Administrators in their sole discretion, Matches will not be restarted or made null due to bugs, intentional disconnections, server crashes, or unintentional disconnections. Except as otherwise determined by Tournament Administrators in their sole discretion, any technical issues or bug encounters must be played through. If a Team calls for a rematch due to a technical issue or bug encounter, such Team they must save the replay and submit it to the Tournament Administrators for review.


Respect

All participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. This includes refraining from any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive language based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.

No Trash Talking: While competitive banter is common in gaming, personal attacks, insults, or derogatory remarks directed at other players or teams are unacceptable.
