Tournament rules
-tournament will be played in a home-and-away format using the 'BO1' system.
-The top four teams qualify for the playoff finals, where the top team will choose their direct opponent using the 'BO3' system.
- The final will be played in person at the LAN event using the 'BO5' system, and both qualified teams must be present with all their players.
- Each team must register 20 minutes in advance on the Discord platform and provide the referee with the player lineup according to the form approved in the refereeing regulations. This lineup cannot be changed except in cases of force majeure, and the referee must be informed in a timely manner
-Points will be given as follows:
-In case of winning: 3 points.
-In case of defeat: 1 point.
- The draw determines the home and away teams, and the home team has the right to choose the direction: 'BLUE' or 'RED'."
- In the event of a tie in points, direct confrontations will be used in the first stage. If there is still a tie, a playoff match will be played to determine the candidate, using the 'BO1' system."
- Teams may not be late to Discord for more than 15 minutes without notice or an acceptable excuse; otherwise, the team will be considered a forfeit.
-Both teams must notify the referee of any internet issues within 5 minutes of attendance being recorded.The duration of the tactical time-out is 10 minutes for each team.
-Both teams must report the results of the matches within 5 minutes of the end of the game.
-In the event of surrender or exit from the game during a match, the concerned team will be punished by being deprived of “2 champion bans” in the following game.
-Teams cannot exit the champion selection screen more than 3 times; if this happens, the team will automatically lose the game.
-If a player enters the game with incorrect Runes or Summoner Spells, no one should leave the base, and the game will be paused within ‘’the first 10 seconds’’. The team's captain must report the issue to the referee, and the game will be restarted.
-Watch parties will be allowed for the team (only the team captain can move people to spectate). Substitutes and coaches are allowed to stay in the game (server mute), with unmuting permitted only between games or during pauses.
-In case of a technical problem in-game, a substitute is allowed to join the game and replace the player experiencing the issue. However, after the game, the team must provide proof of the technical problem to avoid losing the game.
-Joining with a “Smurf” account results in a warning, followed by a loss in the game.
-Players are allowed to change accounts only if they don't have the champion they want to play, after asking the referee.
-All players must have camera during the games in case we need to do verification; it will be sudden.
-Games will be automatically delayed if one of the players has an official game at the same time (Arabian League or any pro league), but not for random tournaments.
-Spamming pause and unpause ‘’more than three times in the same minute’’ will result in the team losing the game automatically.
-The referee is allowed to make a decision in cases not covered by the rules, after consulting with the head referee.
- Any withdrawal exposes the association to penalties.
‘’’LAN’’ Rules:
- Players are not allowed to change the central unit or screen; only technicians
and referees may handle this.
- Players are not allowed to connect any USB cables to the PC.
- You cannot download any secondary programs, such as 'Blitz,' 'Sums,'
'Professor,' etc.
-Team formation:
- The minimum age for participation is 16 years.
- A maximum of 8 players can be registered; all members must be Tunisian
nationals.
