Celestial Cup Tournament Rules

1-Adminstration:
Everybody who is authorized by Angel Club to administer in the Celestial Cup based on its rules and regulations will be called an "Admin". In the following, the collection of all Admins will be called the "Administration".
The Administration can only be contacted via the following email address: Sfaxangel@gmail.com or the Angel Discord. This helps admins coordinate as a team and work on issues faster.
2-Participants
2-1: Have a valid main Riot Account
•Be a citizen or be resident in Tunisia
• Be at least 16 years old
• Be on EUW Riot servers
• Not be a member of Angel club
2-2: Must be available at the selected tournament dates
2-3: Must be respectful to both other participants (both teammates and opponents) and to the Administration
2-4: Make sure the game is updated and working before 24hours of the game day
2-5 Vulgar, racist, sexist or otherwise offensive player names are prohibited.
2-6: You may edit or re-submit a form to change /edit details during the registration period
2-7: Once the registration closes a player can no longer change any personal detail including his Nickname – Account name

3-Teams
3-1: Each team must pick an individual respectful name + logo
3-2: Each team must have 5 players and can have maximum 2 bench (extra) players
3-3: Each team must have one player to be team leader
3-4: Each team must be respectful to the Admin assigned to it
3-5: Each team must be ready and present 30 minutes prior to the game start
3-6: Each team will have an Admin assigned and authorized by Angel Club
3-7: Each team should be present in Angel's discord channel during the whole tournament thus they should be members of the Angel's discord channel at least 24 hrs before the tournament
3-8: Each team will receive his discord role which allow him to access his discord room during the tournament
3-9: Due to any sort of problems the team should contact his admin assigned to it who will be present in the channel's room with them.
3-10: A protest against any other sort of rule violation by another player can only be reported with video evidence.
The protest must include an accurate timestamp of when the violation occurred, the name of the player who committed the violation, and a clear description of what happened.
Protests that lack evidence or details such as timestamp and description will be rejected.
All complaints must be sent to an administrator via the Discord server of the championship or via the e-mail address: Sfaxangel@gmail.com .

DURING THE TOURNAMENT:
1: A 15 minutes delay or more will cause the disqualification of the team.
2: Any type of racism, sexism and disrespect from any member of the team to the teammates, Administration or opponent will lead to the player being banned from the tournament.
3: Exchanging/switching accounts will result the team to be banned from the tournament.
4: The team have the right to use 15 minutes game pause in each match and must be first be authorized by the Administration.
5: Switching/ changing players that are not registered in the team will result in a ban for the whole team.
6: A team may request a game restart if the game is seriously compromised by a problem beyond the control of the players. Issues that may cause the match to be restarted could be:
• Enemy players are using third-party tools or software in violation of Riot's Terms of Service.
• If the game crashes for all players.
 All reboot requests must be reported to the admin team before a reboot can be performed.


Side Selection:
-The judge designed to every game will launch a head and tail game.
-The team who won the head and tail game decides to choose Blue/Red side .
-The 2nd team chooses the other side.
