HOW THE TOURNAMENT WORKS:

400€ Prize Pool 2v2 Tournament. The hosting team must create a lobby + invite the other team. Then you will join a match together and the team with the most kills wins. Each upper round is the best out of 3 games, Lower Games Best off 1


First Place Duo - 125€ Each

Second Place Duo - 50€ Each

Third Place Duo - 25€ Each


ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO STREAM:

All participating players are required to stream and must have past broadcasts enabled. Players are also asked to include a OOE-ESports shoutout in the title of the stream. Players who make it back into the game via Gulag, Team Revie, or Self Revive are allowed to keep playing as normal.

JAIL BREAK:

Jail Break rules: as long as an individual redeploying has a teammate alive in the field of play, the game resumes as normal with jailbreak. In the event of both individuals being full dead not “knocked”, the team redeploying from spectating must instantly dive to the ground and fully die.

DISCONNECTIONS:

Disconnection 30 seconds after the touchdown or when up in kills can be replayed if and only if valid proof of a disconnect is supplied. If in a 2v2 and your teammate disconnects with valid proof in order to get a replay you must also leave the match immediately.

If in a 2v2 and your teammate disconnects and you are up in kills and can supply legitimate proof of a disconnect, you must leave immediately and communicate with the opponents in the match chat to arrange a replay. In a ticket supported match submit proof of the disconnect if your team is up in kills in the match dispute ticket.

If your team is up in kills and a member disconnects from the server, it would be a replay from the kill count at the time the server disconnect occurred at (Be sure to take proof of the scoreboard immediately if possible). You must wait for the previous match to end and for all players to leave before starting a no show.

Dev Error - This is an error that is caused by the game and is outside of a user's control. If this error occurs, the match would be replayed from the kill count at the time of the disconnect. If your teammate is still in the match, they must leave within 30 seconds of the member disconnecting and we advise for the teammate still in the match to take proof of the scoreboard.

PRIZE CLAIM:

Prize claims must be completed within 24 hours of the end of the tournament otherwise risk penalty of the prize. Claims can take up to 7 days to be processed. Payments can take another 7-14 days to process.

Players who reside in any of the below states are not eligible to receive and/or claim any prizes;

Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan,Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan


Sabotage / Griefing:

If you kill, damage or hinder your opponents in any way you are at risk of being forfeited or in rare instances the match may be replayed at the administrator's discretion.

When in your opponent's vehicle you are agreeing to any actions that are taken by the driver of the vehicle. This includes, but not limited to flying out of the safe zone, flying into a building, and jumping out of vehicles.

Do not excessively ping in order to keep your opponent from hearing other things. In order for sabotage to occur, you must have had a chance to win mathematically. Any disputes or issues can be addressed directly in the discord with one of the Mods.

GENERAL ONLINE TOURNAMENT RULES

OOE-eSports organizes online tournaments which have stated official rules. Each tournament, rules, prize rules, dates, and any other specific information/details may be provided at the time of each tournament. A participant agrees to abide by these final and obligatory rules and choices of OOE-eSports staff/partners/mods when participating in any online tournament.


TOURNAMENT DATES

Each individual tournament will be held on the scheduled dates provided by OOE-eSports.


HOW TO ENTER A TOURNAMENT

In order to participate in a tournament, you must be a registered participant. Tournament registration is open until all tournament spots are filled or until the day before the event at 5p PST – the number of spots per individual tournament is stated on the tournament page within the website.

For a tournament entry to be considered valid, participants must provide all necessary/requested information. Incomplete or more than one entry will see the participant as disqualified - one entry per person per tournament. All entries become the property of OOE-eSports and will not be acknowledged or returned. Please note that OOE-eSports is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

ELIGIBILITY & LIMITATIONS

All participants must be legal residents of the EMEA unless otherwise stated. Participants must be at least eighteen years of age as of the entry date. Children under the age of eighteen years are not permitted to register for any tournaments or competitions.
OOE-eSports will not knowingly collect information from children under age 18. OOE-eSports reserves the right to request proof of age of winners as a condition precedent to prize award, by providing a copy of the winner's government-issued photo ID document and/or requiring submission to OOE-eSports of an affidavit of eligibility upon a form prescribed by OOE-eSports.

OOE-eSports is not responsible for any incorrect/inaccurate information, whether caused by users of the site or by any of the equipment/programming associated with the site or in any tournament. Moreover by any technical or human error, which may have occurred in the registration process, tournament entries or in connection with any tournament including, technical limitations or other events that may result in the disqualification or loss of ranking status of any participant in any tournament. OOE-eSports does not assume any responsibility for errors, interruptions, deletions, defects/delays, or site/tournament communication line failures. Additionally, OOE-eSports does not take any responsibility for any theft or destruction of unauthorized access to or modification of any registry entries.

OOE-eSports and its employees, affiliates, sponsors, partners, suppliers, mods, will not be responsible or accountable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind in any event.

PUBLICITY

All participating participants give OOE-eSports and its affiliates permission to use names, nick-names, gamer tags, and likeness in promotional associations of this and other tournaments, and waive any claims of royalty or right for such use, unless otherwise agreed upon or where prohibited.

DECISIONS & CONDUCT

By participating in the Tournament, participants agree to abide by the rules of each specific Tournament. Participants further agree to be bound by the decisions made by OOE-eSports, its employees, its volunteers, and other personnel. Participants who fail to abide by posted rules and gain an unfair advantage, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Inappropriate or unsportsmanlike behavior is prohibited. All decisions concerning disputes are final.

PRIZE(S)

Prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are limited to one prize package per winner. A description of the prizes will be provided for each individual tournament. Prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for other prizes. In the case of an unavailable prize, in its sole discretion, Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal/greater value. All taxes, gratuities, and unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners assume all liability for use of their prize(s).

Each winner must submit a Prize Claim within seven days after the tournament has ended. Prior to receipt of the prize, winners are required to follow OOE-eSports instructions and provide any necessary/relevant forms. If a winner has not followed the proper instructions or has not submitted any of the necessary/correct forms or discards his/her prize within 14 days after the tournament's end date, the winner will be considered non-compliant with these Official Rules and requirements, and such prizes will be forfeited.

MISCELLANEOUS

OOE-eSports reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule a tournament to a later date and time if for any reason a tournament is unable to be operated at its scheduled time/date.
