KeenCup 2v2 Series

FORMAT
Double Elimination format:

Winner Bracket- Best of 3
Lower Bracket - Best of 3
Final will be played in a 2xBo3 format.

SERVER SETTINGS
2v2 team mode
20 minute timelimit
50 fraglimit

If both teams agree to a server all matches will be played on that server.

If both teams disagree to a server all matches will be played if a server has a delta less than 30 MS. If the delta is > than 30 MS, matches would be played on a Home and Away server.

Home servers would play the majority of the games (ie. bo3, 2 of the 3 games would be played on Home, where 1 of the 3 would be played away) ""Home"" would be decided based on the lowest delta server.

Picks and ban system BO3:

We are gonna test a new system for this 2v2 tournament.

As players regularly do for a best of 3, we are introducing the same system for teams.

Since we dont have a website ready as it was a last moment change, this is the visual representation.

Lower seed always ban first or home-away-home matches, away bans first.

MATCH STREAMING

The organization will stream one game of each round till semifinals. The teams in semifinals will need to wait for the streaming as the organization will stream both semifinals and final plus lower bracket final and Grand Final.

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION

1st: 50%
2nd: 30%
3rd: 20%
