To participate, it is required that you join the GGtoor discord for event updates, including the password on game day: https://discord.gg/GUhyZxFH8Q
A minimum of at least one PC player per team is required.
We strongly encourage teams to have at least one woman per team, and we have the Most Kills prize available for the top woman player!

Scoring as follows:
-We will provide you with a scoring document linked in discord to upload your 3 screen shots with the code word typed.
- Submit screenshots of your best 3 games in the 2 hour period with the code word on the screenshots.
- 10 points for win, 4 points for second place
- 1 point per kill
-PC and Console teams must TYPE provided 'code word' on end game score screens to verify their game screenshots. If you do not know how to type a code word we have provided links in the discord with directions. The code word will be announced on stream just prior to tournament start. All scores will be verified before prizes are officially distributed.
Check-in for the event will open TWENTY FOUR(24) HOURS before the event, here on Toornament.com.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you double-check your time conversion to the local time for your time zone, so you do not forget to check in on time!
HisandHersLive will be live streaming the event and will announce the winners live after the tournament.

VERY IMPORTANT: You should join the #apex-chat channel of this discord at least 30 minutes before the event begins, and stay there for the duration of the event, to make sure you do not miss any important instructions from the tournament staff!
-Using any cheats, hacks, or other third party "helper" applications in playing matches is strictly prohibited.
-Colluding with other teams in playing matches is strictly prohibited
-Taking advantage of known exploits in the game (it is the responsibility of players to understand and avoid all current illegal exploits) is strictly prohibited
-Abusive or disorderly behavior, including any use of harassing, negative, or profane language online is strictly prohibited (toxic behavior towards other participants of the tournament). Team sponsors in conjunction with HisandHersLive will judge behavior
-Stream Sniping is strictly prohibited
-Smurfing and/or Smurf accounts are strictly prohibited
-Level 30 Account Minimum required
-First Match can be launched at 8:00 PM Eastern. Matches will verified after to confirm adherence to start time.
-Any match entered before 9:59 PM Eastern may be finished out. Matches will verified after to confirm adherence to finish time.
-All scores must be submitted by 10:30 PM Eastern to the following score submission page: LINKED IN HISANDHERSLIVE STREAM ON TWITCH.
Age: To be eligible to participate, a player must be at least 13 years old (or such other age, of greater, as may be required in such player’s country of residence). Players between the ages of 13 and 17 (or such other age, if greater, as may be required in such player’s country of residence) must have written permission from a parent or legal guardian (a form will be provided which must be returned in order to complete processing your registration). IF THERE ARE GENERAL CONNECTION PROBLEMS/INTERRUPTIONS OF THE GAME'S SERVERS, THE EVENT MAY BE SUSPENDED AND RESCHEDULED TO COMPLETE ON A FUTURE DATE.
OPTIONAL: We realize not every player can do this, so this is not mandatory: If you have the capability, live streaming and/or recording video of all of your matches is a good idea, to help eliminate any possibility of any dispute arising as to performance in a given match.
Sportsmanlike conduct is expected. You are NOT allowed to be disruptive or grief your opponent in Real Life, such as in any Discord or Twitch chat (or any other actions that could be considered unsportsmanlike conduct except for actions intended to be allowed within the game itself as part of normal game-play.) If you do, your actions may result in a game loss, match loss, or disqualification from the event without prizes, solely at the discretion of the Tournament Staff.
Select matches for this event may be streamed on a designated/one of our Official Twitch channels. Competitors playing in the event may live stream the event from their own POV as well (and are strongly encouraged to do so - Please add #GGtoor to the title!) By registering for this event, you agree that we may live re-broadcast your live stream from our designated Twitch channels and Shout-cast any game-play during the course of the event, as well as create VODs of this Content, which we may choose to make available on our official Youtube channels and other platforms, so others may marvel at your awesome plays (or epic fails!)
If you feel an initial ruling or adjudication is incorrect, you may make a limited appeal for a Final Ruling. If a FINAL RULING is made, no further appeals will be entertained.
