2019 Bilkent CS:GO November Series 1st Stage 5v5 Tournament (1st - 2nd Week)

Tournament rules

Teams must have at least one Bilkent University student!

Team captains must be on the Bilkent Esports Society Discord server before 5 minutes of the match time. If the captains don't respond on Discord before that time, they will get a default-loss! Discord server: https://bit.ly/bilkentdiscord

If a player is late more than 10 minutes, that team will get a default-loss!

If both teams get a default-loss, we will toss a coin up to determine the winner and give a penalty point to both teams.

If a team has 2 penalty points, the team will get disqualified!

1 pause is allowed per map, which can be maximum of 5 minutes.

General CS:GO rules and regulations apply, it is the tournament administrators responsibility to decide what actions to take on certain situations.

Players can protest via contacting the tournament administrator in Discord to reassess the decisions.
