Reglas
Event rules:
1. Each contestant will be given a sticker to verify he/she is a contestant.

2. On initial report of lagging, one referee will be assigned to observe the match, and if lagging is observed over 3 times the game will be paused and restarted.

3. If electrical outage occurs, game will be restarted and ranking status will remain the same before shortage.

4. If participant makes any directed verbal abuse towards other participants, the offending participant will be issued a warning by the referee and if participant continues, the said participant will be disqualified and the opponent will be declared winner of the match.

5. If participant makes any physical offense, the said participant will be disqualified and opponent will be declared winner of the match.

6. If 1 participant accuses the opponent of cheating, 1 referee will be assigned to verify if any cheating occurs, if cheating do occurs, the accused participant cheated will be disqualified and the opponent will be declared winner. If no cheating occurs, game will resume as normal.

o Cheating/Glitching/Exploiting
o Macro use

7. Participants are allowed to bring their own devices.

8. If one participant doesn't arrive in time, the participant will be given a 5 - 10 minutes wait duration. If the participant still does not make it in time, the participant will be disqualified and the opponent will be declared as winner.

9. Participants and spectators are not allowed to disturb participant with either verbal or physical offense while spectating. On first offense, the offending participant will be given a warning but after repeated offenses, the offending participant will be escorted out of premises.

10. All Steam account must be online.

11. Participants are allowed to use their own Steam account, but the participant is responsible any damage or loss.

12. Participant and spectators are encouraged not to bring any personal item, responsibility for loss or damage to items will fall on themselves.

13. Should any participants or spectators damage college properties, they will need to pay for the damage property.

Game rules:
1. Coin flip rule to decide which hero will both competitors use in the matches.

2. The game mode will be “1v1 Solo Mid” (Same Hero). The first person who kills their opponent for two times or break their opponent’s first tower will be considered as the winner of the match.

3. Since this is a 1 versus 1 competition, the rules listed below should be abided during in-game:
•Bottle Crows is not allowed (Transferring bottle from lane to fountain repeatedly).
•Capturing runes are allowed.
•Creep blocking are allowed.

4. Competition format will be played based on "Best of Three" for all the matches.
