Rules
The tournament is open to 16 international teams. They will be distributed in a single elimination bracket and match will be played in best-of-three format.
SERVER SETTINGS

It can be overwritten by agreement between the teams to a preferred server. See the Sever Selection section below for more information.

SERVER SELECTION
If teams are in the same region: They play in their region.
If teams are in different regions and there is a common neutral server, the neutral is used (for example, in EU vs OCE it would be NA/SEA)
If teams are in different regions and there is no neutral, then it defaults to the "high seed" aka "host," which is the left-side team of the match, as shown in the Toornament.com match sheet.
